I wanted a milkshake, at around 2 pm, I was told they wasnt serving any ice cream products after 2 pm. The machine had already been cleaned. I ordered a hamburger, fries, and soda. The hamburger was dry, the bread was dry, and the fries tasted like thry had been cooked in old oil. While dining, the two workers were talking loud about a coworker who wasn’t working that day. I thought it was rude and unprofessional.

This place is great if you are looking for great food friendly staff and a quiet place to talk. The women are very friendly. I bring my grandsons here (5 & 3 months) and the ladies just love to talk to them. They make everyone feel welcome, if they know you they call you by name. I can’t say enough about the staff and the food. I and my husband usually have the sausage and egg platter and it fills us up, our grandson loves the pancakes. So come on out to statesman grill and enjoy a meal and conversation…

I don’t write reviews but once every few years so this says a lot! I was passing through and saw this little dinner from the road. Super clean and great atmosphere but what made it even better was the staff and obviously the food! I was helped by Kalia, Leah, and Romona. They were an awesome trio of ladies! Leah recommended the burger and I believe she even made it. It was hands down the best burger I’ve had from a restaurant since I started traveling as a young adult! This little mom and pop dinner is a hidden gym and worthy of high praise! Thank you ladies!
