Recently went through drive thru and was waiting patiently 10 minutes for someone to take my order. No one came to speaker so i decided to go inside and it was 2 teens sitting down on their cell phone devices that worked there. I asked, “Drive thru must not be open?” They replied, “Yes, she is washing dishes.” HORRIBLE customer service! Also, the 2 females thought it was hilarious for some reason. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Well, being told by the owner I’m wrong kind of makes for a bad atmosphere. We ordered a footlong online to split, and some of the items I ordered were not on the sandwich. Also, we specifically asked for no sauces whatsoever, and when I opened it up at home, the sandwich was soggy. We complained online only to be told the owner reviewed the cameras, and absolutely no sauces were put on our sandwich. That made me even more concerned as to why it was soggy then. Then, after all that, no apology, just a flippant, rude “hope to see you soon” remark. These Subways around Opelika and Auburn don’t honor any coupons delivered in the mail either. Why would we go there again?

The service was unprofessional . I wasn’t aware a customer was supposed to greet first upon walking in. Hearing an employee saying out loud “you said we should close early ?” As I walk in, is basically stating that you don’t want to work . So I don’t need those type of employees preparing my food .
