The Pesto flatbread I ordered was very tasty. Strawberry Banana smoothie was okay. Freshly made with no added sugar. Very banana forward and a not quite ripe banana flavor at that
Order was prepared much quicker than I expected it to be.
A little pricey, but not crazy expensive.
Very surprised at the lack of interior decor inside despite the Tropical name. Feels like a missed opportunity.
I’d give Tropical Smoothie Cafe like a 3.5, but will round up to 4 because the Pesto hit the spot with me.

I ordered the Pomegranate Plunge smoothie yesterday and it was sooooo yummy!!! The portions are super big there and 1 smoothie is usually plenty to share!! I loved the consistency and how there’s never a long wait!! Can’t wait to come back to try other flavors!! Also shout out to Maria and Ramon!! They were very kind and very hard workers!!!! 🙂

One of the best smoothie places around. The customer service is some of the best. They are always speedy fast and make delicious smoothies. My wife and I come here often and it’s always great. The açaí bowls are delicious and the perfect temperature.

I’ve been coming to this particular location since May of 2022. I’ve always been one to order online delivery from here, usually on the weekends.
I’m not sure what’s changed within the past month or so but it hasn’t even been two weeks since they’ve messed up my last order and I’ve had to go back and get an item replaced. I spend a good 30-50$ because I order for me and my family, it’s a waste of my delivery money and all I get in return is a voucher for a free item, but really I’d like to get my orders correct the first time without having to go back and forth.
This time I ordered a Cali wrap and they didn’t put anything in it except chicken, like is this for real? Sucks because I’ve been going here for so long but I’m afraid this was the last time.

Poor customer service and improper handling of my food. I went the drive Thur wait almost 20 waiting while she was talking waving my wrap around like a pointer. I had to blow my horn after 5 min. She nor the supervisor apologize or even acknowledge the wait or that fact that I watched her waving my food around. And instead of an apology she talked shit under her breath I tried calling they don’t have a working number and have a full vm. I have never had such poor service

I love this place! I get a smoothie before work at least 2-3 times a week. I usually aim for a green smoothie but not always. Liz is the best. She always makes my smoothies so smooth with out any chunks in it. Her customer service is amazing too. She is always smiling and so upbeat and very polite! I’m so glad to have a healthier option for breakfast on the go around here.

I just went there to order Saturday 12:30pm and I was trying to pay and the guy said the system was messed up he reset it three times and it wouldn’t take any of my cards he asked me did I have another way to pay “cash” I said unfortunately no I seen the other guy bring all my items over which meant it was already made he then proceeded to tell me if I can’t pay they he can’t give me my items the problem is it’s not that I couldn’t pay the system was down and he couldn’t take any of my cards after making me swipe at least eight times. If you knew the system was faulty why would you make me swipe so many times then punish me because your system is down?? Crazy thing is I come there all the time I’m a regular! How unfortunate

Very inconsistent with the quality of smoothies. I always order the same two smoothies and on some days the quality is exactly what I look for in my smoothies with the whey protein and peanut butter included, and other days you can hardly taste that they’re there. Frustrating because the price of these two smoothies are ridiculously high so you would assume a better quality of smoothie to be recieved. Very dissappointed in the inconsistency, I guess you just have to hope they get it right if you go. Also forgot to mention that I can’t help but sense the aftertaste of a watered down smoothie.
