Disgusting. Zero stars. Bathrooms were very dirty, soap dripped in a puddle on the dirty floor. Toilet roll holder was broken, and the plunger laying on the broken front of the toilet roll holder with toilet paper all over it. Out of half their products. Left with a toasted bagel and they forgot to put on the the creme cheese! Person taking our order for our two drinks and two food items was very annoyed and seemed put out when we ordered. Never come across this before and a little shocked by the whole experience

First! Great crew. Manager greeted me with a smile and her crew was smiling while they worked. The store has a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The flow of the store from the place to order to pickup is laid out well. It isn’t cramped like other locations.

Two women before me receive their order without any problems. My order, I had to request my item. The difference I’m black. The tiny short customer service rep might have been white or Hispanic. The two women white. The difference, Ray Charles and Helen Keller can see the difference.

Wish I could give 0 stars. By far the worst Dunkin around. Don’t bother mobile ordering, it won’t be ready and you’ll end up waiting twice as long. There is only one competent employee there, the rest are lazy and rude. Behind the counter is an absolute disaster – employees personal items all over the prep counters. Picture of one of two burnt bagel sandwiches from today. Will not be going back.

Love their donuts and coffee. Too bad other food is awful and they don’t care about customers at this location. Phone number doesn’t work. Corporate contacted them twice about a bad experience I had 2 weeks ago, still haven’t got a callback or email.
Spent $70 two weeks ago on food that went in the trash (except for donuts that I didn’t receive). Have complained to Uber Eats and Dunkin corporate, neither takes responsibility. Hash browns burnt and soggy. Turkey sausage undercooked.

Mobile ordered but they didn’t start making it until I got there. Got a latte with light ice and cold foam. Watched her pour oat milk to the top of a cup filled to the top with ice then they attempted to put foam and whipped cream on top the got the cup completely covered in foam. They had to get a 2nd cup because of how much of a mess it is. Didn’t know what else I had ordered (2 donuts) and were running around to figure out which ones.

I waited over 10 minutes at the counter before anyone even acknowledged I was there. When I arrived I was the first customer at the counter. By the time they acknowledged me and came over there were five people behind me. I ordered a large ice coffee and 10 munchkins. Is it weird that she didn’t ask what I wanted she just started randomly tossing them in a box? I waited 15 more minutes for my ice coffee. That was a total of almost 30 minutes – and I was the first in line! Since I had so much time to stand there I was able to notice how dirty the floors and behind the counter was. The dining area looked like it hasn’t been swept in a week and it was 9 am.
I finally received my order, got in my car, and took a sip of my coffee. Of course she made it wrong and it’s disgusting. So after all that my coffee went in the trash. I want my $10 and 30 minutes of my life back.

Went in for $6 meal deal and was told no hash browns. I said what would you replace with, told nothing, and you still pay same price. Wife ordered bagel with cream cheese. Left then found that they never put cream cheese on bagel. Batheooms, both, were disgusting. Recommend this place to have safety inspection.
