TLDR: All-you-can-eat sushi and Korean BBQ for $32. Great food, great service. A much-needed spot in Randallstown. Highly recommended.
TPot Sushi & KBBQ is a great find. For $32 at dinner, you get made-to-order sushi, a solid selection of KBBQ meats, a hot food bar, and an unlimited drink cooler which is a first for me in my all you can eat travels.
The space is brand new, with sleek LED lighting and Japanese themed decor. It’s got a modern vibe without feeling too night clubby. Service was great too, as the staff kept the meats and sushi flowing and were quick to clear plates.
What really stood out was the quality. The meats and sushi were way better than I expected for an AYCE place. Nothing felt like it was sitting around for long periods of time.
If you find yourself on this side of the beltway, TPot is definitely worth checking out.

Visited with my sister for the lunch special today and had a great experience! We got there a couple minutes after they opened so the food at the self service appetizer hot bar was warm and fresh. For $25 a person we enjoyed the unlimited sushi and BBQ grill. There is a great variety of appetizers, sushi, meat, veggies, drinks, sauces, and desserts for the price point. The meal even comes with a drink included. Some of the meat options tasted kind of fatty/rubbery but you do get what you pay for. The service was prompt and the restaurant was clean and well decorated. They had kind of a Pan Asian theme going on that went well with the dining experience. For grilling, I would definitely recommend the garlic shrimp. It was delicious!
Some other reviews complained of having gratuity automatically added to their checks. We did not experience this, so perhaps they stopped adding it, or maybe it’s specifically for large groups or evening dining.
Overall I think this is a great option for those in the area who do not want to drive down to Howard County for All you can eat Korean BBQ.

My two favorite things in one spot!
I have been to many many kbbq and sushi spots and for an ayce spot at an affordable cost,T pot offers a great selection and quality dishes! They also have a small hot bar and cold bar in the back and the BEST part is that they offer bottled drinks like green tea, milk tea and aloe drinks! Additionally they do offer soda if those types of drinks aren’t your type.
For the sushi, the rice to fish ratio was well balanced and nothing smelled or tasted fishy! For the meats, everything especially the garlic shrimp, thin sliced beef and the pork belly were solid! I also like the squid as well! I do have to mention the Galbi was pretty meaty for an ayce spot. I do have a suggestion to add some more sugar to balance the salt for the marinade.
The service was excellent ! Servers were attentive and they even offered a free mug on the way out which was a promo they were running.
The ambiance is family friendly and those who like anime will love the decor!

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and the button at the table to call for service was a nice touch, BUT there were so many flies throughout the entire night. We were disappointed because we had seen such great reviews. We went at the end of the day on a slow day and were completely alone the entire time. So, maybe don’t go at the end of the day?
The first time we noticed flies was at the food bar near all the sauces (see video below). Although I didn’t capture it on video, flies were also around some of the other food and plates. Most of the food had clearly been sitting out for a while.
At our table, we were still dealing with flies (see video); it felt like we were eating outside. The meats were very hit or miss flavor-wise compared to other local KBBQ restaurants.

I ordered a to-go Bento beef bulgogi box…aweful!!! Beef has texture to it, this was rubbery and smelled like fish. The salad was lettuce, and they added sushi rolls … i don’t eat sushi – vegetables or fish. This was a korean resturant that did not serve kimchee (can you believe that). The picture added to this review is what I threw away…$15.
The below portion of this review is composed the next day. I was awoke from my sleep with severe stomach cramps. I am sooo weak today after being up all night both standing and sitting over the toilet all night. Like others that have eaten there I too got food poison. I wished I would have read the reviews before I went.

From the outside, the place looks incredibly small but once you enter the doors, the place is actually large and very welcoming. We had the AYCE sushi which also gives you access to their hot bar.
Unfortunately, the sushi looked how it tasted; frozen and not fresh. I felt nauseous after eating it. I’m also pretty sure I got a bone or something stuck in the back of my throat. My friend and I had stomach aches for the rest of the day. I’d rather have supermarket sushi instead of this.
We did not try the Korean BBQ part.

If you want BBQ & Sushi with you friend, T Top!!! All you can eat BBQ and Sushi, They have a buffet area with different sauces, side dishes, desserts, and drinks, parking is easy, food is fast, We enjoyed our evening here and food is good! Will back!!!

I love love love this new place! Right next door to my job ! The people in the front are always super nice! Always super nice! I can’t wait to have time to sit and enjoy the hibachi part. I have the chicken bulgogi bento box yummy! 10/10!

If I could leave a higher review I would. I live about an hour away from this place and it is 100% worth the drive. I have been to many korean bbq restaurants and this is definitely my favorite. The food, service, and atmosphere are all 5 stars. I will be coming back with friends and family and highly suggest you try this place asap.
Update: Went back for the Sushi/BBQ combo and it was just as amazing if not more so. All the sushi came out quickly and was super fresh. The BBQ was as delicious as before and orders came out so fast. Definitely still worth the drive. I really do recommend trying here ASAP it won’t be long until there are long lines daily for seating.
