They are really trying hard to create something here, and I want to support them entirely. However, there are things that I value in a business and some of those appear to be lacking here as they have yet to find their groove.
I do not believe it was their intention to deceive us, but if you have never been to the store before, the lack of website makes it impossible to know what you are getting into…
We saw an advertisement for unlimited toppings, Pokémon cards, and a drink of choice. There were only 3 drinks, most of the toppings you had to pay for, and the things we assumed we would be getting were not present and devalued the assumed experience based upon the advertising.
We were unable to call ahead to investigate because they were not available, so we drove an hour for it and spent more than 60.00 for something that could easily be made at home, as we had an abundance of all the ingredients available to us.
The atmosphere is cool, they have anime playing, vibrant artwork, a good variety of ramen that you can pick up from your average Asian supermarket, and a toppings station to make your women personalized.
One of the Ramen machines was down and that caused some backup. Also, the location set up is not ideal to handle a crowd and it was cramped and crowded, which made the overall experience unknowable as we felt motivated to eat quickly and get out so others could enjoy rather than savor it all in.
Also, the toppings were confusing as well as the machines. They did their best to explain the machines, but failed to explain the toppings, so it caused us to go without many, and the ones we got were dry and the corn was slightly rancid.
The flow should have the toppings first and then the machines to cook them as well as opposed to having dry ingredients paired with hot soup.
They did their best to accommodate and I appreciate that and will try to give them another shot when they figure this out… but for now, I can not recommend based upon our experience today.

We had the best time at this new ramen spot! A fun interactive experience! Lots of ramen choices and topping choices. Customer service was quick friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Sophia who took good care of us!

Self cook ramen was delicious and easy to make. They have a wall of ramen noodle options to choose from, lots of free toppings, and you can add on protein like grilled chicken, pork katsu, steak, and marinated eggs. The building is kind of small and seating is limited but the fun and inviting atmosphere makes up for the cramped space. They have anime playing on the TV and Manga to read too.
Suggestion: add kimchi as an optional topping. I ❤️ kimchi!

This is a great do it yourself ramen restaurant. The space is small but big on atmosphere. The self serve machines are easy to use and the staff are happy to assist you with any needs. The topping bar was filled with good options and plenty stocked. The meat and eggs that are additional charges came out delicious and were a great addition to the ramen. I will be coming back again as a ramen lover and Pokémon fan!

Loved this place! You get to build your own ramen with tons of flavor options, and everything tastes fresh and packed with flavor. Super fun atmosphere and definitely worth coming back to.

Very yummy and fun experience. Staff was nice. The fresh free toppings were great and the protein option were very reasonably priced. We added grilled chicken and a hard boiled egg. The grilled chicken was very good. Will have to go back to try other kinds of ramen.

I was curious to trying this place out because I havent seen a place like this since I was overseas. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is fantastic and overall I recommend coming to check it out! They have plenty of additional items for your ramen and the added meat is delicious, I got chicken to add in and it was delicious.
