Very mediocre. I ordered the vegan delight mac and cheese without sausage nor peppers. I got mac and cheese with tomato, mushrooms bits, and scallion; no broccoli at all. For vegan mac and cheese it was rather decent but definitely did not get what they are advertising. I also ordered it as a combo meal, which is supposed to come with a drink and a side, as shown on their signs and website. The guy working there never asked me what side I wanted. I asked “doesn’t the combo come with a side?” and he said no it doesn’t. I paid almost $40 for 2 combo meals and did not get the sides I paid for.

I have to say I was disappointed with the so called chicken Parmesan Mac and cheese. These are chicken nuggets not chicken Parmesan. There wasn’t enough sauce or cheese for it to even be Mac and cheese. Because of the disappointment I actually counted the cookies and it was shorted 18/20. I gave it a 2 because the grill cheese I ate was good and the cookies. For the price of the cookies they should fill the cup a little more though. I also got my food through uber and was charged 27 and on my receipt it said 22 so where did that other 5 bucks go. I already tipped the driver separately.

We went to I Heart Mac & Cheese for a quick lunch as first timers today and although there was a short wait (they were busy!) it was absolutely worth it! We loooved the food which is hard to say for two people with gluten allergies. Jessi was the person helping us and she was super knowledgeable about their products and about gluten-free food safety practices. It was also a great value. Today, I ordered the Buffalo Blue Mac & Cheese. It is creamy with a kick of Buffalo spice, and a small burst of blue cheese crumbles in every bite. I was shocked by the combo, but it tasted really good.

I was very disappointed with our experience here. We were so excited to try it out but it didn’t deliver. The food was mediocre at best. My daughter don’t even eat the plain Mac from the kids menu. It lacked in much flavor and was just overall poor quality. The service was none better. The girl who was making our dinner was scrolling ok her phone with her gloved hand while making our Mac. Then when I returned to simply ask the shift leader if there was anything he could do about our dissatisfaction he just shrugged and said “my manager is on vacation”. To which I asked so who do you go to if there is a problem and he said “well me I’m the shift leader and I don’t think I can do anything for you” I said “you don’t want to offer me anything to make my experience a little better” and he said “do you want something else?” I said “no we don’t like the food” He said “well you already paid for it” I really wasn’t asking for a lot, just maybe refund 1 or 2 of the four entrees we bought but nope!
It was overall a very disappointing experience and we will not be returning. Poor customer service and lack luster food.

I tried two types of Mac n cheese (original and chix parm). Both were bland. Very disappointing. Server recommended chicken parmesan as customer favorite and forgot to add chicken.
