The ladies here tried to charge me for a cup of water during a heat advisory and I was so dehydrated but they didn’t care. How absurd is that? Water in a cup should be free. It is at every other Dunkin Donuts i go to. Why is this one making up their own “rules” saying they have to charge for water now? I am highly disatisfied and to be honest, completely appalled by the treatment I’ve recieved from this location when I’m begging for water beacuse I’m so dehydrated im about to pass out. Quite disturbing. & cuz I’m broke I cant get a cup of water?!? What has this world come to?!?

I used to enjoy coming here. Ever since they lost the nice guy at the window on morning shift, it’s gone down hill. The new girl has an attitude, the outside of the drinks are always covered in whatever ingredients they were using to make the drinks, and the food quantity has been wrong multiple times.

Literally so annoyed that 9/10 times I order a LATTE, which i pay almost $5 for I’m given regular coffee in my cup with the latte label! I’ve even brought my cup in once complaining to the manager. This is super inconvenient for people like me who come here all the time expecting what I paid for especially before work. So disappointed.

The manager, I think her name is Fatima (I heard one of the employees say her name) was rushing her employees while she was walking around and not helping them. I understand a manager has to do inventory and what not in their office but it was obvious she wasn’t doing anything of importance. I’ve been to this Dunkin multiple times previously and the employees are always very kind and sweet, having a manager that doesn’t contribute when the store is at it’s busiest and chooses to laze in their office and rush their employees that already have their hands full doesn’t seem like someone who deserves to be in such a position. Other than that, I’d give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the negative impact that manager gives. Really ruins an atmosphere.
