Hey just a FYI if you use Domino’s here in Stillwater. Jeff the GM doesn’t care about you the customer. He never apologized for canceling a order to me. The computer allowed a delivery to my house. It says it’s waiting to be delivered. Then I get a text saying canceled order. Why? Because they say they changed delivery areas. I live within city limits and a 5 minute drive from the store. Definitely in the area. Apparently a employee canceled my order. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call me. I talked with the GM “Jeff” who insisted I was at fault. Domino’s delivers in my neighborhood all the time until apparently recently. Jeff says he’s told me several times they no longer deliver in my area. Except this is my 1st delivery from them in like 3-4 months. Jeff continues to csll me David, my name is Rich. He continues to blame me for canceling my order. Not 1 apology for canceling and not having the courtesy to call me to say, they no longer deliver here, would you like to pick up your pizza order. He even hangs up on me in the middle of the conversation. Jeff is the General Manager by the way. They took the money for the order out of my bank account. When asked about that, he stated the refund will get there when it gets there. We’ll at least that’s better than my pizza or good customer service. Apparently that will never get here. The fact they treat a customer so bad with very little consideration to make a simple phone call, is chaos and lack of appreciation to the customer. If you value your money and want to be treated with just some respect that everyone should get, order your pizza elsewhere. We have several good pizza places that appreciate their customer. Unlike Jeff whose the General Manager of the Stillwater Domino’s. Jeff if you’re reading this, do better dude. You shouldn’t be a GM of a pizza chain if you have zero customer service skills. Yes, I’ll be contacting corporate and making a official complaint about you and your store. Now maybe the community will realize how douchy of an attitude you have to your customers. 1 star is too high for this store. I would have given a zero if it would allow it.

They have got 0/3 of my orders correct. the last time i ordered from them I called three times and no one picked up, pizza was ordered and my money was taken, they never delivered the pizza. terrible service.

The pizza was good, however there was a hour and a half difference between ordering and getting the pizza, he left the store at 12:19 and didn’t get here till 1:11. He also had the exact address to our dorm and still called and said “hey this is taking me to *dorm* is it the right address” and our delivery instructions literally included our door name. Didn’t even get out of the car to hand us the pizza he passed it through the window

Ordered online like I frequently do and ordered the same pizza I always do (chicken, bacon, bbq sauce instead of generic pizza sauce) along with a few other items, I arrived at the pickup window, received my pizza and items, and returned home with not my chicken bacon bbq but a meat lovers pizza, and the rest of my items. How you stack the rest of the correct items on the wrong pizza that “just came out of the oven” is beyond me

This was the skimpiest Philly cheese steak pizza ever! Very disappointed for the price. Where’s the beef? There’s mushrooms but not much beef. Paid extra for extra large but they used less topping than even a large has. I’ve eaten this very same style specialty pizza at Domino’s in many locations for many years but this one from Stillwater, is, by far, the worst ever. Do better Stillwater Domino’s.

This dominos needs to quit being so skimpy. Why does there seem like there is less dough than normal? Ever since covid the pies have been very thin, like they’re cutting back or something but still charging full price, if not more. The $6 delivery charge is absolutely ridiculous, it used to be like $3.75, I am not too sure why there is such a surge there as well. I wouldnt mind if the pizzas were High Quality but I feel like im paying premium prices for minimal services. Ive worked at a dominos before, I know for a fact there are specific measurements/weights for the portions of cheese and for 1-3+ toppings for each pizza size. Why does this dominos continually skimp out on all of these? Also, whoever is cutting the pies are consistently cutting them unevenly, I order regularly, please figure out what this is about, there is a chart clearly describing how the pizzas should be cut. And lastly someone forgot to put the powder on the lava cakes and include a utensil, Im not too sure why this simple act is being neglected, its powder and a spoon. Please do better Stillwater Domino’s!

The entire order was over cooked and then showed up cold! Ordered two pizzas with extra pepperonis and neither pizza even had the regular amount of pepperonis that you would get on a pizza. This store used to be great. But have completely done a 180* and now are one of the worst. I hope someone can get this store back to its glory.

While I have been in Stillwater and craved for pizza I usually pick this location and while I did have my order made incorrectly twice that does not take away from the quality of the food and how nice and quickly they remade my order and having given me the incorrect ones as a bonus over all I think they are doing a great job and thank you to all the staff for remaking my order as quickly as possible

Gave me an 11.5 inch pizza when I paid for a 12 inch. That is 9% less pizza.$20 is insane for how little I got, def overpriced. Hard working employees though.
