The food here is literally inedible, the pictures speak for themselves, got one breast in a 8 piece bucket and everything else was soggy and the weirdest texture.

Waited over an hour for our food, and our chicken was cold, the mashed potatoes were too thin, gravy was disgusting, fries were over salted, and drinks were way too watery. We got all the way home when we realized they never gave us a receipt, so I drove all the way back up there, told me they’d never seen me before and they’d call the police if I didn’t leave. The “manager” lied to us about her name so no one could report her, then lied when they gave us the total.

20250711 I am so blessed to have such a great experience here considering all the bad reviews. Last minute decision to exit to get a snack for my pup. The young black lady at the drive thru was great. She even confirmed whether I wanted dark or white meat. The crispy fried chicken was hot amd crispy! It was delicious, as expected. I like KFC so much better then Popeyes, because KFC knows what 3 piece dark meat is. With Popeyes, I would get a drumstick, thigh and a wing… why did a wing become dark meat? At KFC, I got 2 thighs and a leg. Thank you!! And my pup ate and now I can give her the insulin.

I ordered a pot pie and they advised me that they were all out of fresh ones and they take 20 minutes to cook therefore I decided that I’ll get one later. When I returned I ordered two pot pies, after paying at the drive thru window they suggested another item because they had burnt the pot pies. I said no thank you I don’t eat anything from here but pot pies and requested a refund. The cashier said, “ well they aren’t that bad”. I said, “no thank you ma’am I would like a refund. She said, “we don’t give out refunds we only replace items.” Again no thank you ma’am I never received an item so it should be difficult to refund me.” She closed the window came back 5minutes later and said, “pull around to the front and I’ll bring you out fresh pot pies.” I pulled around and before I could park I see the cashier walking out with my food. Once she handed me the bag she said, “they were coming out of the oven” I replied, “okay because that was quick!” Once I arrived home I realized that they must have given me the burnt pot pies previously discuss because these look like cardboard(see photo). I called and asked, “did you give me the pot pies you told me were burnt? She replied, “yeah because we didn’t have anymore!” You can come back tomorrow because we ain’t got no more tonight!” I felt like I donated my money to them because I will not be returning. This is not my first bad experience with KFC and I will not recommend it to anyone else. The deceitfulness, unprofessionalism and undesirable preparation of the food is enough for me to never return again.

waited almost 25 minutes for my food and was given the attitude when expressed calm concern over freshness of meals, and then was sent away with out my fries. I was even given attitude when asking for them- “she said they’re in the bottom of your bag” they were not. The ease and quickness was nonexistent for this fast food order. & then my sandwich barely has sauce on it… I must add that the problem worker was the cook in the back. The drive through worker was kind through out this all.

Waited 20 minutes for my order, no one was even In line nor drive thru, got a 3 piece tender fill up meal with potato’s and gravy. Finally receive my order, there is a bowl of gravy but no potatoes. So for my side, I got gravy…. For real?

A decent KFC serving Swartz Creek MI.
The staff were friendly enough but they were busy in the drive through so I understand why they weren’t the most over-zeealous with politeness.
They gave us the wrong drink.
They did forget our sides.
Then they forgot to put cutlery in our bag for the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese.
So not the best service.
Food was fine. Nothing special. I have had KFC maybe 2-3 times in my adult life and this didn’t impress me.
Popeyes definitely has better everything if you want fried chicken and sides.
Definitely won’t come back to this location. Probably seals the deal for me on KFC. It’s nothing special.

I was really disappointed with this visit. They were about to close and we still had to wait 20 minutes for our chicken and logs. When I finally got my food, the chicken tasted like nothing but straight salt — it actually gave me a headache. After driving all the way home, I realized I didn’t even get a receipt, so I couldn’t request a refund. Honestly, the food ended up in the trash. It was such a letdown and not even something I’d give my dog.

Chicken was undercooked, and bread around chicken was pouring out grease. Clearly they don’t understand that they need to let the oil heat up all the way before they put the chicken in. Inside was filthy a literal layer of grease coated every surface and the smell was enough to make you gag. What a waste of 50$

The employees could care less to help you. They are too busy talking!
Not sure how they managed to over cook and make the chicken slimey at the same time, well they can! The biscuits also over cooked and hard!
Do yourself a favor just take your money and throw it in the trash.
Everyone just be fired or at least retrained.
