Definitely 5 plus stars for the burgers we got during lunch today! This was the black and blue burger and the cargo burger. The bread was great and the food was very well seasoned. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere. We will definitely be back. I want to try the pizzas. They looked great on the menu!

Jaylen for the Win! Had a wonderful experience at Cargo this weekend. The atmosphere was amazing and made for such a fun Spring Saturday outing. Our server, Jaylen, was fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and full of great recommendations. Truly a 10/10 experience. We will absolutely be back and will be asking for Jaylen. Perfect spot for March Madness!

This place is new, I am cutting some slack. The food was great. The service was OK, our server was training another server. They were out of my first beer choice, and the second. I had a taco salad, very tasty. My husband a classic burger, he states it was also tasty, but he did not care for the bun. They were out of the cilantro ranch I asked for as well. The couple we were with also had burgers and were pleased. I am sure in time, they will be more efficient. A small added plus was that the onion rings were not upcharged. Prices were reasonable for the food offered. I would go there again.

Awesome atmosphere and great vibes. Something for everyone with all kinds of seating options. We ate from the lunch menu and all of the food in our party was good. Our server was really good and the 3rd floor bartenders helped take care of us as well. The wait times are still on the slower side but improving (we were a large party and on the 3rd floor). The food was being “auctioned off” as it came to the table which was a mess and some of us had finished our meal before others even received theirs. Cargo has all of the right pieces to be a cool place for years to come. Just needing to put them together. We’ll be back

We were met by the General Manager for my daughter’s Birthday party. Followed by Erick and At last Jason Jones who made this the most fabulous experience ever! They were attentive, interacted with the Parents and the Birthday party. Every parent and Birthday guest said that this is a very special place, and I agree!

I’ve visited this restaurant twice now. The first time was within their first six months of opening, so I held off on leaving a review since they were still getting established. My second visit was definitely an improvement in terms of service. The wait time for a table was about average, and our server was polite, attentive, and checked on us regularly. It also wasn’t a very busy night, which may have helped.
However, when it came time to order, we were told they were out of buns, pasta, and wings. Considering that burgers make up a large portion of their menu, it was disappointing to see key items unavailable again, especially since this also happened during my first visit. When our food arrived, it was barely warm almost cold to the point where we considered sending it back. That was the most disappointing part of the experience.
Overall, I think the restaurant has potential, especially with the friendly service, but they really need to improve consistency. Keeping core menu items in stock, simplifying the burger selection if needed, and ensuring food comes out hot would make a big difference. I’d love to see these improvements because the place has a lot going for it.

This is such a nice attraction to the area that was very overdue. Now I will say that the initial experience didn’t start out great. With it being a fairly new attraction, the staff is going to be overwhelmed. Servers assuring each floor is taken care of and getting the orders and food out was definitely tight. I say that because I arrived at 8:15 and was notified that the kitchen shutdown at 9 and only the Starters are served from that point. However, the owner stated that he changed his mind and will keep the kitchen full menu until 10. So of course, I still wanted to have my tables’ orders placed even though we were waiting to be seated (wait told 1hr to hr 1/2). I didn’t want the kitchen getting slammed with an order at the last minute. So after waiting until 9 pm I stated that I wanted to place the order ahead of time, still being told kitchen was serving until 10 pm, I was then told that we could proceed in being seated. Once finally being seated on the 3rd floor, I proceeded to place the orders as the hostess was aware that the owner stated 10 but had changed it back to 9 pm. I was very confused and concerned since I had been waiting patiently until being seated to place our orders. Once seated and attempting to place the order from the full menu, the waitress states that only the Starters were being sold because the kitchen shutdown the full menu at 9. I of course repeated what the owner stated to the downstairs staff. The waitress was confused and followed up with another manager, Eric, which then came to let me know that we would be taken care of but the kitchen did shutdown at 9 pm. I explained the wait and what was stated by the owner. Eric took matters into his own hands and asked for my party to return to experience the full menu. He was very understanding and went over and beyond to accommodate the miscommunication and disorder that took place. That speaks volumes as a new up and running business to take the time to understand and speak with confidence that it would definitely be worth returning. Well is was! We returned and the service was amazing! Eric took care of us from the beginning to the end. The atmosphere was amazing! We loved the food and drinks as well. I was only able to get a picture of my order and drinks. I had the Queso Catfish, which was very different but flavorful. The drinks were a Moscow Mule and a Berry Mashup-(don’t quote me on the exact name because its not on the menu). They have a very nice photo booth, screens on every floor and a huge screen to enjoy any big sports game. Definitely going to be our new spot!
