Pizza Hut on West Galbraith Road and very close to Winton Road is located in Finneytown, OH. This is one of the outlets which I have tried apart from the Colerain branch. I prefer the Colerain one for convenience and safety.
Actually, I had a coupon for a small Cheese crust pan pizza. It was pretty good! I didn’t go inside, but my family did. It was pretty good service back in October 2022.
I wouldn’t say that the location very close to the Shell gas station is great. Please avoid going there after dark or late at nights! It’s away from the busy Winton Road where all the action is, especially the stores/Kroger, Chipotle and all the restaurants are. Still didn’t have any issues and I could easily manage, since it’s a familiar area.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years. At least 10. Maybe longer. I suddenly had a craving for it. I placed an online order for pickup yesterday. All I ordered was a personal pan pepperoni pizza and an order of cheesesticks. I placed it at 9pm. It said ready in 10 minutes. I arrived at 9:17pm. (Thinking I’m 7 mins late). I saw my name/order on the monitor. I watched the status change to “ready” at 9:23pm. They didn’t greet anyone walking in. The workers there all looked like they hate their jobs. I politely asked the guy (who looked like he was in charge) how much longer. He said 5 minutes. That came and went. I saw them give all these huge orders to ppl who all walked in behind me. Their orders hadn’t even changed to “ready” and they got theirs. I didn’t understand the delay on my small order. They finally gave me my order at 9:35pm. Why when the screen said it was ready at 9:23? The guy was biracial with a long ponytail. Very rude and stank attitude. He set my order on the counter and started talking to another customer. Didn’t call out a name or nothing. I didnt even know the order was mine. I was sitting down along with other customers. How were we to know? I won’t be back.

I have to say this has been the worst experience at a pizza Hut. . The employees look at you like robots they don’t say anything they don’t welcome you. They don’t say hi or can I help you. We put in an order at 10 AM to have a pick up order at five and I got there to pick it up no order and was told by the manager Sarah Who could’ve cared less about what I was saying, said they made the order at 10 AM and canceled it because we weren’t there to pick it up and clearly on our receipt It says pick up time at 5pm. This was for 6 to 8 people. We were not offered to remake the food or do anything to make this experience Better. Her only reply was I was not here at 10 AM so I don’t know what happened. This store needs a whole new set of employees. I don’t even wanna give it one star but wee have to just to leave a review. Pizza Hut this is why my family will not return! and take more pride in who you hire especially for management!

Received my food and it was burnt and one item was picked off of. When I called the store amanda was beyond rude and disrespectful and said that I don’t need to come back since I’m unhappy. When I said that I would call corporate she was happy to say that they are a franchise that is privately owned “almost a ha ha nothing you can do about it type of energy”. I have been there many of times spending my money and because I had a issue I was treated rudely and with utter disrespect!

I would give this location zero stars! The “manager “ Amanda has zero customer service skills they sent me burnt pizza and when I called she got mad and smart and told me to bring it back and not to come there anymore because it is a franchise. She’s so busy getting smart but can’t count!

I was frustrated that the app was not working, so we order inside. The lady at the register knew nothing about the app and online, and she advised me of such. She was pleasant and took my order. I got my order very fast! The pizza is ok, but I live for the breadsticks.

Terrible experience. Driver delivered the incorrect order, when I called the store to inform them of the mistake, the manager Amanda was very rude and unhelpful. We were not able to have our order remade or refunded. 0/10 experience.
