I went to this location yesterday, a Saturday evening and was met with a woman on the speaker immediately having attitude. She was very short with me during the ordering while I continued being kind. She asked if I wanted to order anything more and when I said “no, that will be all. Thank you.” her response was just “Yeah.” I ended up pulling up to the window and I was going to tell the person to just forget the order, but no one came quickly enough and I just left. I felt terrible doing that, but I don’t want to be served food from someone who has an attitude problem and could tamper with my food.

The peaches n cream was very good.
The chocolate almond did not dissappear, lots of almonds also super creamy.
The waffle cone was very good also ,lots of flavor ,soft not overly hard.

I ordered the Strawberry Delight and was really disappointed with the experience. For $7, I expected a rich, flavorful treat, but instead received something with very little actual ice cream and mostly foam on top. The portion was small, the texture was off, and overall it felt like poor value for money. Definitely not what I imagined or hoped for won’t be ordering this again.

Old fashioned drive-up/drive-in frozen custard place with lots of outdoor seating. My wife loves it and always gets the Bearcub with chocolate custard.

Always good sized portions and a great variety of options for a decent price. The staff is very friendly and quick, even when busy. Only downside sometimes is if you’re eating on the patio and the wind blows wrong you get the exhaust from the drive thru cars wafted your way.

Used to love Ritters, went all the time but I’m tired of ordering extra toppings like hot fudge..and getting almost nothing on my ice cream, we pay a good price for this ice cream and extra toppings, they could at least give us what we pay for!
