My daughter and I popped into this Subway on our way from Arkansas to Springfield, MO. It was a clean restaurant with very helpful and friendly employees. We ordered two sandwiches as well as the footlong cookie, and everything was absolutely delicious. I was impressed by the ladies working there on 5/4/24 because they were patient as we made our order, made our sandwiches efficiently, and then let us know about the cookies/ churros and other new treats. We ordered the cookie and it came out hot and very delicious. I definitely recommend this Subway location!

We stopped here on our way from St Louis to Tulsa. We have eaten at several Subways, and this location was by far one of the better ones. The food was great, including lots of fresh veggies. The staff was friendly & helpful & the store was clean. Definitely glad we stopped for lunch!

The lady working acted like she was put out to have to be waiting on my wife two kids and myself the sandwiches wasn’t fixed right and when I ordered a Philly sandwich and make it hot it was still ice cold I complained about it which just put the young lady out more she waited on three other orders before fixing mine when she did I only got half the meat two half slices of cheese and she didn’t even spread anything out the pickles was in pile the meat in another which was only a quarter of a cup of meat and the meat still wasn’t hot like I asked. I run a business out of aurora Missouri and Springfield Missouri so I’m on this road passing by everyday I use to get good service here so I brought my family here to have a family night and this messed it all up we spent almost 70 dollars here on food that wasn’t worth 20 dollars. What a disappointment I will never stop here again and I will post everywhere how we were treated and how bad the food was. Thanks for a not so nice meal.

First time going to this sub shop. I’m kind of speechless. The one behind the cash register couldn’t ring up the order ahead of me, she had to get on the phone to who ever for instructions how to use the cas register. When I noticed a third attempt was made for her to ring up the order ahead of, I figured my toasted simple made roast beef sub was cold. I walked out. I’ll give them another chance. But if I walk in and see any kind of metal dangling out of there noses or lips I’ll be walking out a second time. Just remember 3 wrongs you struck out.
