Good evening! After visiting the Hardee’s in Verona Mississippi store #2227 the service was not professional nor was the food fresh! The staff that is on this shift 6:17 pm 10-17-2025 did not show any customer service and provided no concern about the food being cold because after I stated that the food wasn’t fresh she became “ the staff member on duty” soft argumentative about the food was fresh and clearly after she touched it and saw that it was truly not fresh! She began to curse softly under her breath stating that “I know damn well that chicken is fresh!” She went on mumbling about she had to call her boss to get permission to refund my money! Sorry I wasn’t more descriptive!

I stopped for breakfast after work, as I have a couple of times before and I must say, the morning staff is AMAZING!! My critique is more for Wendys corporate. The “loaded” breakfast burrito is not up to par. Eggs, sausage and tater tots does not a LOADED burrito make! I sensed a bit of cheese but it was nothing that’s recommendable…Try adding onions, peppers, tomatoes, maybe even jalapeño…like a real loaded omelet inside of a burrito…this does not qualify…and then the nerve to have Texas Pete Hot sauce as a sauce for a burrito? Are u kidding?!! If ur gonna do the LOADED BREAKFAST BURRITO…then do the LOADED BREAKFAST BURRITO!!!If that’s all yall got, then pull it and humbly let Sonic continue to reign in the breakfast burrito department cause it’s not competition at this point. I eat them alot and I would love to just go down the street to Hardee’s and get one but if this is all it is…I’d gladly pass and drive to the other end of Tupelo for a proper one. Please do better…

Worst Hardies I’ve been to. Ask for coffee at 200 pm and the person said they didn’t have coffee and didn’t offer to make any. Had creamer on counter with all the fixing but strangely she didn’t know how to make coffee I’m assuming. I will not even go back to this Hardies. They should be reported to company. All they wanted to do is talk loud and laugh. Sad place to stop at.

I mean it’s so hard to put into words exactly my experience. I’ve never hand an issue at this location. The employees are always in a good mood and willing to help. The store and the bathroom areas stay clean. The food itself is wonderful no mater what I order. I do wish to see more options open in the 5$ boxes and bring back the two burger 5$ box. Other than that I love eating at this location.
