My husband came sown to Subway to get me supper sense I’m in the hospital. He got me a footlong ham and cheese like always. I have always gotten my lettuce and tomatoes on the side. Well today they barley gave him enough lettuce for it and only gave me 3 tomatoes dor a footlong. Then when I called down there I got hung up on. Explaine to me how 3 tomatoes is going to work on a footlong. I hope she enjoys that dang stuff she didn’t give to me. She said they were out of tomatoes. But they weren’t cause he saw them in the pan along with lettuce. So I know the weren’t out. But they were out of sliced cheese cause he had to get this shredded herself for it.

This is by far the worst service ever. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a wrap online and went to pick up. They weren’t ready I went back 30 minutes later, and they still weren’t ready. It has now been an hour and 20 minutes and they still aren’t ready. I keep going back and I don’t know why it is terrible!!! I would ask for a refund but I paid online and it’s near impossible to get one. You have to come when the managers are in. Im not sure what type of management they have because it has been like this for well over a year. They really should just close down.

The girl must have been new or just having a frazzled brain today. Had to help her remember what was on the Philly Cheesesteak!! It’s okay though I’m not mad about it!! She was fun to talk with and Had a big smile!!

I was just in there i waited 30 min and still walked out. There had 5 people working but still had a line back to the drink coolers. Every time someone would come up front to fix my sandwich the manager would call her to the back. I mean really maybe the manager needs to learn how to treat customers.

The store manager needs to be out front more than hiding out back. BRITTANY’S attitude is terrible. She needs to retreat customers a little better. This is the 3rd time in a month I have gone to this store and either had to make lots of noise to get employee up front or see 1 person up front while people are outside in back.

Wow, I know that it is hard to find quality help right now but at least you could spend more time training the lesser quality people you hire. While one worker is sitting outside smoking a cigarette and talking on the phone, you go inside and the other worker tells you that she is going on break so you will have to go outside and get the other worker. Hey Subway, it is not my job to round up your employees. This place is horrible.
