It was fine, its Taco Bell! Nothing special about it. They’re understaffed and have to get orders to those driving thru and dining in. Drive thru seemed to move reasonably faster, but dine in we waited 20mins for our food. The staff was working hard but that was pretty slow for fast food. Also, the music was waaaay loud, no matter where we sat.

Hey, just wanted to say the maxican pizza was really cold and had meat inside even though I selected veggies, chalup, and gordita crunch taco was cold too. Honestly, very disappointed. We paid good money expecting hot and tasty food, but this was a letdown. Won’t be buying from this store again.

Super fast service, I put in the online order right before I got there and it was ready within 5 minutes. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and it was clean and all the workers were nice. Thanks for the food and great service I appreciate y’all.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The service is always a crawl, my crunchwraps are always way overloaded with lettuce, and they run out of beef at 7pm but they won’t tell you until you’ve already waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes.

Often closed during regular hours with a sign that they are short-staffed. Sometimes dining room is closed; must use drive-thru even during the day.
Often short on inventory. On a recent trip, they had no forks available even behind the counter. Had to use a spoon on our cheesy potatoes. On another recent trip, two of the beverage lines on the self-serve dispenser were marked out-of-stock.
That said, our food has been prepared accurately and with generous ingredients most of the time. We use the self-serve ordering kiosk because it shows items you might not know about otherwise. And you may choose for it to only display vegetarian items. That’s how we learned about the yummy Power Menu Bowl that comes with black beans!

Parking lot completely EMPTY at lunchtime, had to check to see if the doors were unlocked.
Nobody in lobby, nobody in drive thru?
I go inside and stood by the counter, the “employee” said I needed to use the kiosk because they were busy.. remind you not another soul in site??
100% laziness and wanted me to do his job that he gets paid for.
Surprised he didn’t ask me to mop the floor also.
Tried to give them my business, they made something that used to be very easy difficult and time consuming now.
I then asked if I should just go through the drive-thru, employee said sure. If they want the lobby closed, then they should close it without playing games.
Anyhow, walked out without ordering and went next door to Jimmy John’s and had good lunch over there and they took my order properly like every respectable customer caring business should.

This is a grilled cheese and steak burrito. Paid $10 for this a a taco- there is one piece of steak. Food is ice cold. Took a bite into cheese and sour cream. Had to actually open it to see if there was any meat on it. This was disgusting. The fountain drink tasted like the lines are bad. Can’t even drink it. Do better. Won’t go back here

They usually run out of items like Mexican Pizza, lines are slow, and they SEVERELY short you on meat in the tacos. Its ridiculous. I dont like eating a taco consisting of 95% cheese and lettuce. EDIT: Go to the McClean location earlier in the day, later in the day it is not run very well anymore. No competence from the kid who works at night. Your actually better off going to the St. Charles location, especially if its past 3PM.
