Food was okay. Service was terrible, we waited about 20-25 minutes for our order and they really weren’t that busy. Noticed an employee in the production area, where your food is prepared, chewing gum and drinking. No health sanitation grade posted. Trash cans overflowing. Dining room not that clean. So, bottom line, if you want chicken, pick a different Zaxbys or another chicken restaurant.

My husband and I came here during lunch rush, The establishment was Clean, Cashiers were busy, Friendly, and food was given to us fast! Hot, Fresh, and tenders were crispy! best service we’ve received at a fast food place in a long time! We will be back! They also made sure we got any sauces we needed even if we forgot to tell them the extras.

I ordered food on door dash for 3 people. I only got one of the things I ordered so I chose the option to get it remade and sent out again. When I received it everything in my box was so cold like it came out of the fridge. They only gave me 4 fries and they were cold as well. I am not one of those Karen’s and I certainly didn’t lie. My goodness!!! I paid close to $70 for it all! Thats Crazy.

First visit at the end of April 2024. Ordered a signature club meal without cheese. The order came with cheese, and no bacon. Also ordered a chicken finger plate meal. The fingers tasted really salty to us. I stripped the breading off the chicken, and the chicken itself was super salty to us. Fries seemed partially fresh, and partially old. Floors of the restaurant were sticky. The men’s bathroom had a full garbage can, and appeared to have not been cleaned in days.

The woman who took our order was nice and accommodating, she was very busy and working hard. She was not getting the support she needed from others, which was apparent. She even filled the soda machine with the drink we wanted while taking and packing orders. Food was good!

I like Zaxbys alot this afternoon I was in the drive thru and the young lady ? KY’ASIA was so rude, slamming the drive thru window. I asked for ketchup for my fries after I received my meal she tossed the ketchup packages so aggressively most of the ketchup is in the drive thru. Please help her re-adjust her attitude and if she isnt a happy camper? Please dont allow her to interact with the guest at the drive thru; maybe she should be on restroom duty. I pray she finds a career she absolutely loves and can be happy because she sucked today!

Let me start by saying the bathrooms are disgusting. We were traveling to Myrtle Beach and stopped at this location because it was on th e main strip. The women’s bathroom had water all over the floor. I should have left out then but we were hungry. My daughter ordered in the drive thru. When I got my lemon pepper fingers they were totally disgusting and small. The bread was soggy and the fries were cold. My daughter had CHICKEN BONE in her box. We would have taken the food back but we were on the Highway and didn’t wanna turn around because it was late. Needless to say my grandchildren ate but my daughter and I trashed our food. I WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS ZAXBY’S AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would. We waited 30 min for food and finally had to ask for a refund because they could not figure out where our food was. While waiting 2 customers were in a yelling match that resulted in one getting a refund and leaving with no food. I would not recommend stopping here especially if you are trying to get a quick meal.

Placed an order through their app. The food came quickly but there were items missing. When I called to ask about them, a woman who described herself as the assistant manager said that “they would see what they could do” when it came to the missing items. I asked what that meant, and she said she would push my issue up the chain. I said that I already paid for the items and that they should be delivered, and she again repeated that they would see what they could do. After waiting, I called several times and am now not getting any answer. So I do not get my missing items and it seems I can’t talk to anyone about being reimbursed. I would not recommend ordering from this location

I want to thank Annette for her attentive service with that being said I went to the locationto order dood because the aroma coming from the outside was so inviting however when we walked in it smelled stale like used mop water so I just order3d aa milkshake. There was a customer that came after me and he received his meal before I received my milkshake and Annette was attentive and asked if I had my milkshake yet when I told her no she immediately made it for me and apologized for it not bring made sooner
