Laughably bad service. We walked in to a flustered bartender who looked like she might have been working alone. We sat at the bar and were treated like we were doing her a disservice being there. Gave a polite hello and she ignored us and started serving another group who pulled up after us. Waited at least 10 minutes and finally decided we felt unwelcome so we left.

While staying at the Holiday Inn, Gretna, we had breakfast buffet at Roundhouse Bar and Gill, which is part of the hotel. Service was friendly. They had no cream cheese to go with bagels. Scrambled eggs were OK. Sausage was extremely salty.

I was told that the wings were great. Since it was raining and I was staying at the hotel, I decided to give them a shot. They were “ok” at best. The fries were not cooked all the way and I ordered a Moscow Mule a the pic that you see is what I got. It was terrible. Fresh lime juice was not used, maybe some type of sweet n sour. The glass was too big for the drink and a copper cup was not used. It was “wing Wednesday” and 6 little wings were $10. I wouldn’t eat here again. However, the server Josh was nice.

I was a little reluctant to try this place since it had negative reviews but I’m really happy I did. I ordered the burger and it was delicious along with the fries that had an awesome spice to them.I know some people will say you can’t mess up a burger and fries but I have been to plenty of “Burger joints” that didnt taste this good. While they are short staffed she was handling things very well being the manager, cook, server, and bartender and her attitude with all the stress of that was amazing. I have worked in the food industry for years and have seen servers who can’t handle 1 tbl. This lady did an amazing job and I’ll be back to try something else. Sorry the pic was after I started eating haha!

Only in server worker. Okay not her fault. She would hide in the back just to have to not do anything. Drinks came out slower than our food. There were 15 open tables and instead of taking orders to the few customers waiting she decided to bus tables. Horrible horrible service

I had dinner tonight with my daughter and Pam was our waitress. She was very sweet and took care of our table well. The food was good. I ordered a strawberry margarita and the bartender Jet did a wonderful job at making my drinks. We are staying at the attached hotel for the night so having a good place to come to dinner is a plus!

Service was slow and the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Food was subpar, nothing was of a quality like you would expect for the price. Not worth it by any means, even convenience wise. I would eat elsewhere, even if staying at the hotel.

The Bartender was very polite by explaining that they were out of a lot of menu items. So we just ordered chips and Salsa. I actually think dollar tree has better quality than we were served. Not the bartenders fault, we understand, but a quality hotel like this should and can be better. Especially in cajun country.

Restaurants food is mid the breakfast was overcooked and the lunch was undercooked ordered chicken tenders and fries and the fries were greasy and almost burned crisp, the tenders were undercooked skin falling off chicken tasting rubbery, was offered a survey for icecream and the icecream was freezer burnt. The hotel next door was nice quality you’d expect the same from its restaurant. Servers were rude also.

I don’t really know how the food is. I have been currently waiting for 1 and a half hrs for food. As we’ve been waiting, 3 people walked out. One walked out without paying. I’m 23yrs old, I’ve never left a review in my life. This is by far, the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I don’t blame the servers. They did their best. But when you’re not capable of actually serving the amount of patrons you have in your restaurant, close the doors or turn down some customers to make sure it doesn’t take 3hrs to get your food out.
