I got a 2 cheeseburger meal. One of my burgers didn’t have cheese on it and I brushed it off but then I opened the second one and there was NO patty just cheese and pickles I also waited for 10 minutes at the window for my food. The sweet tea was also unsweetened. Very disappointed

I dont order often from McDonald’s but when I do it’s usually for the McRib, when they have them. I ordered a McRib and I received it on a standard bun. Sloppy presentation and taste. The place was mismanaged and service unprofessional.

Do not come here. The service was extremely slow even though there were no other customers in line. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru, which is unacceptable. This one is closer for us so we come here but ever since they opened they always take so long. Mobile orders are like 0 concern for them. 23 minute wait just to see every car go in and out the drive through fast just to get home and they forget 20 nuggets!! They have attitudes morning and night. I thought maybe because they just opened but it really is just getting worse. They forget something every time and are mad when you tell them they forgot something. They also have no phone number to contact anyone to tell the how awful they are there. So here’s my 1 star because I’ve been to McDonalds 40x busier and with way better service!! This one is closer for us so we come here but ever since they opened they always take so long. I’ve only used the drive through 3 times and it couldn’t have been better. I usually visit McDonalds about twice a year but this location has a freshness and flavor that is quite cravable and it far exceeded any past experience.

I am formally complaining about an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this specific McDonald’s locations. This visit left me frustrated enough to cancel my order and decide not to return to that location.
The cashier required assistance with the register and attempted to get help from her manager, Bri. When the manager came over, she displayed a clear attitude and provided no resolution. The cashier explained that, according to the McDonald’s app—which I showed her—specific sandwiches were included in the advertised deal. Despite this, the manager refused to review the details and would not return to resolve the issue.
I then attempted to purchase a different option: a value meal that was clearly posted and advertised on the window. The cashier informed me that the promotion was “not working” and must be old, even though it was still visibly displayed. This location consistently fails to honor advertised promotions, which feels like false advertising.
Additionally, this restaurant frequently overcharges, and when customers question the charges, staff members appear untrained and unable to provide clear explanations. During this visit, I was also told there would be a 10-minute wait just to start my order. At no point did the manager make an effort to review my McDonald’s app or attempt to resolve the situation professionally.
Due to the lack of customer service, training, and basic hospitality, I canceled my order entirely. I would rather drive 15 minutes to another McDonald’s location where the customer experience—from ordering to receiving food—is far better.
I strongly recommend retraining staff at this location, particularly in customer service, register operation, and honoring posted and advertised promotions. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as it reflects poorly on the McDonald’s brand.
