The service here is highly disappointing. I ordered a matcha latte with no ice and received a cup that was barely half full. When I asked the staff member about the missing volume, I was told: “Our default is to fill it this much for ‘no ice’ orders.” This is a scam. They are charging for a full drink but delivering half the product. Avoid this location if you order anything without ice.

So every time I go to this location it just gets worse and worse. Two previous times my boyfriend had gotten us coffees here, they were glaringly wrong. I’m talking like completely different from the label they stick on it. The “loaded hash browns” had barely any cheese or bacon on them, and my bagel was burnt to a crisp.
I get this is a less than ideal job, but if you cannot be trusted to make a bagel or coffee; what else could you possibly do?

Gonna sound silly, but the woman behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant. I couldn’t have milk pre-surgery. Haven’t used artificial sweetener in years. She helped me pick one (stevia) which saved my caffeine fix.

The person who took my order for donuts didn’t, or couldn’t, talk. He shook his head when I tried to order. I paid with a gift card. I wished I had someone who could explain to me.

I went here with my grandmother cause I was having a bad day. The food was as good as you can expect for Dunkin. The problem was the service. I was trying to order my usual coffee when the cashier interrupted me halfway through ordering my food saying I should just trade out my coffee for a cold latte. I asked what it was cause I never heard of it and she was pretty snarky in her answer. I asked if the sugar could be left out cause the caramel was enough sweetness before I got sick. I also asked if it’s the same as what I ordered. Got a yes to both questions. It was in fact not the same and there was sugar added. I don’t have the greatest sight so I asked my grandma what the order number on the receipt was and they matched. Overall, terrible service with both ordering and the order being made

Went through the drive thru and service was extremely rude. First when taking our order the person was extremely impatient. There’s no reason to be snarky or raise your voice because someone takes two seconds to think or because someone was asking what options they had. Then when we got to getting our food and the lady was even more rude. She handed us our drinks and I asked my grandmother which one was mine cause I can’t see well and the lady snapped at us about which is which. Then when we got our food she was extremely judgemental about how much we got. If you ask me, I dont think four items (2 small things and 2 sandwiches) is a lot for 2 people. Even if it is, your job isn’t to judge people for what they eat based on one order you handed out. We both hadn’t eaten all day, we were getting our first meal before taking me to my appointment
