Even with the cold weather outside, a smoothie from this place always makes it that much better. The employees are welcoming and the manager is very interactive to keep the service feeling personal and professional. Great spot for some protein shakes too!

This has been the worse experience ever at Smoothie King. I’ve to many locations throughout Texas and this one is just horrible. I walked in on Friday, 10/08/2025 at around 8 am or 8:30 more or less. There was no other customers in line nor any at the drive through. There were 3 employees there. A tall guy, and 2 girls, one of them was wearing a Blue shirt and it looked like the person in charge. Not one of them greeted me, not even good morning. I was there like 15 minutes just standing, no one took my order, I mean they wouldn’t even look at me. Cars started to come through the drive through, like 2-3 of them and they were serviced. Seriously? The tall guy seemed in a bad mood. Everything was just wrong. If a real manager reads this review please check the cameras. Train your staff better, because your customer service is terrible.

The staff were super friendly and the place was neat and tidy. Was hesitant to try this place, but was glad I did. After a great workout and this hot El Paso weather, the girl who took my order (Leslie) was super nice and gave me great recommendations on what to try as I explained it wad my first time there. Will be definitely coming back to try out more menu items especially since everyone was really nice.

Decided to try out this spot for the first time and as I walk in the girl doesn’t seem interested to want to help at all, when I’m at the register I ask a question and shes just answering random things cause obviously she not even paying attention just another robot, after I pay and turn around I over hear her talking bad about me immediately on her head set to the other employee as soon as I turned I read her lips (yes people can do that) and Google wont let me type what she said so you can imagine, so I turn back to ask what she said and was ignored so I’m watching her prepare the smoothie while laughing and continuing to berate curses and comments thinking she cant be heard because she whispers into the headset. when I ask for the manager she said she is the manager and her name is Bianca but if I wanted a real manager to come back tomorrow. so I make both employees aware that people can hear them and read their lips and all the things they’re saying to employees again ignored. will never be returning to smoothie king and will gladly elaborate a full story for upper management in detail zero

So around 10:30 AM I get to the drive thru and right away the gentleman tells me there is a wait? I ask how long, he replies 10 minutes. I was thinking maybe there was a few cars in front of me so understandable for the wait. I like to get a smoothie before work so my time was limited so I couldn’t wait. As I drove off I notice there was the no cars in front of me and no wait inside. Which made no sense why there was a 10 minute wait. Just looks bad for business.

Not one to write reviews but every time I stop by Smoothie King on Eastlake, this sweet young lady named Kylie is there and she always greets me with a smile. She makes great conversation and is super pleasant. Great smoothies too! This is my go to spot!
