Had to wait to have order remade bc my pick up order was given to someone else. Staff was very accommodating, but it took a bit of time for them to recognize their mistake after looking for my order. Mistakes happen and they rectified everything as quickly as they could.
Edited to add: they got my order wrong, while I appreciate the attention to provide a coupon and the swap for deserts when they couldn’t find the coupon, I just wanted my nachos.

Not a Taco Bell I frequent so was a little hesitant. Yet pleasantly surprised. Good volume in the taco and burrito, to include well spread. Not the meat on one side and beans on the other.
But like always…. It depends on the person making it. I’d recommend this place hoping you get the same person that made mine

Had 2 people working at dinner time and both were working drive thru only. Person before me left me because he waited too long. I utilized the self service order and despite having no one else inside, it took over 10 minutes to get my food.

POOR SERVICE❗So I do not know why literally a week after writing an awesome review for this place I go there and they give me something the exact opposite of what I asked for I simply asked for no rice and they and they took the time out of their busy day to put rice on the item anyway even though I asked and then was greeted with resistance when I said please make sure that there is no rice on the item I feel it’s my duty to write a review saying these people lack the kindness that it takes to Simply listen to someone if I’m paying the money I deserve to at least have what I asked for and it also sucks because both of the Taco Bells in my area have had very bad service I mean this is not the area that I live in it’s the area that I work in but the one down the street from my job gave me a burrito with two hairs in it two separate different hairs and then this one I thought would be my spot that I could still eat for some price that I can afford in the vicinity of my work but nope another Taco Bell with bad service

This taco bell by anaheim is not good. Or maybe all of them are not. I bought their special box and it stated that it was for roughly 11 dollars. When i get to the counters they have charged me 14 dollars and change and the food was very very very lousy. The supposed to be special chicken that have the special sauce is like a piece of paper. Very very thin and no meat inside. Not sure if it was just a joke that was played on me. Because i was struggling when i am using the drive thru. Hopefully, they don’t do this to other customers. I am starting to hate taco bell. It used to be my go to place when I’m hungry..now, it is almost a robber that robs you off with your hard earned money. Very very expensive now.
