I contacted the health department. (My original review wouldn’t post. ) The cook literally while wearing his gloves was on his phone in the dining area then when a friend of mine and I walked in he jumped up and went in the back by the grill. The lady took our order and he was starring at us then to my shock he rubbed his privates, not once, not twice but 3 times. DISGUSTING! I can’t shake it from what I witnessed. Go to a different location. This place needs shut down!

The loaded waffle fries are the absolute hands down best loaded anything I’ve had to date. I highly recommend trying them. I wish I had taken a picture before I tried them cause I couldn’t stop eating them once I got the first bite.

had a coupon for one medium size sandwich and fries, they didn’t let me use my coupon. Got the italian sandwich came with no mayo and no pepperoni. fries were cold had to air fry them myself.

This is the best Mr. Hero in Summit county! They always run specials and the owners are amazing! They always remember you and most of the time they remember your order as well! We eat here once a week and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is always clean and well kept. I have a Mr. Hero that is 5 min away from me, but I always travel the distance to come to this one because it is cheaper than the rest and better!
