On a snowy, cold Sunday Delanee absolutely brightened our day. She is the sweetest server I’ve had the pleasure of seeing in a long time. She was running the show in the lobby taking care of everyone all by herself. And she was doing an AMAZING job. Super friendly and on task! Hope this kiddo sees our review because she made our day!!

we decided to dine in tonight and we were absolutely blown away by the food quality and customer service. the young girl who took care of us (it was 5pm on 12-28-25) had braids and glasses and went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! our food was hot and fresh and it was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had at a restaurant.

We do not have Fazoli’s in PA so every time I visit my parents we make it a point to go here for lunch. The last two times I have used the Fazoli’s app and got a free baked spaghetti one time and five dollars off the second time. Table service is quick and lunch staff was friendly. They have the Coke blend to order fountains, which I like. They also have good iced tea. The restrooms are clean.
2022: This is still a very good place to eat. We enjoy coming here whenever we visit family.
2025: Still great, they no longer shred the cheese to order table side. Now they have packets of dried Parmesan.

This is a great place to eat that is in-between fast food and regular dining. You can dine in or go through the drive through.
The inside is pretty clean minus the toilet are being a bit messy.
The staff are friendly, but often seem under staffed for the dine in area so you may need to go to the front to get things. They do have a digital menu you can order and pay directly on so you don’t have to wait for servers if no one is there.
I do enjoy the food, it is very flavorful. The portions are a fair size for the price.

I went there last night went through the drive-through ordered six breadsticks and that was all I waited in line behind someone else at the window for 24 minutes. Then when I got to the window, I still had to wait for my breadsticks. I’ve been there numerous times and they’ve had me pull up, why they didn’t pull that car up I’ll never know. Thats a little ridiculous to wait over 30 minutes for SIX breadsticks. It made me remember why I never go there anymore.

Always love the food and the waiters and Staff are always Efficient . Today I asked if we had to wear a mask and they said. We, the Customer did not have to, but they did. I don’t know of other Fazoli’s places, Here in Danville, Kentucky we didn’t have to.

On New Year’s Eve, an unexpectedly unpleasant experience, the food was great, but when I went to find a seat literally every booth/seat had crumbs on them and were dirty, the store was not busy at this time was about 2:30pm, I saw another guest ask a worker to wash off a table so she could sit down, the worker washed the singular 1 table knowing the others were dirty then went back behind the counter, usually dalanee takes care of us and it’s always an amazing experience every table is clean everyone is happy, and she was not here this day, will not be back if I do not see her behind the counter, do better Fazolis. ☹️
