Four times in a row I’ve ordered my $6 coffee (with $2 tip) and asked for no whipped cream and every single time they mix it in my drink instead. Spending nearly $9 on a coffee when I ask for no whipped cream, I’d like no whipped cream. Not sure where the meaning of no whipped cream is being misunderstood but reading comprehension is fundamental.

My daughter wanted one of her special drinks whereas I enjoy the house, usually Pikes Place. I am not one to complain or give low ratings, but the two young men serving us were clueless, no personality, the one Barista kept looking at the other kid. They started the cleaning process too early and did not have any coffee put to the side In a carafe so you lost my money. As a matter of fact, all the money that would be spent at the Newberry location is dried up. You have other customers that frequent your establishment so no big loss. But as a man of integrity, I would abhor treating those I am to serve unprofessionally. Anyhow. Peace be with you and may you learn to serve properly, smile, and act like a human being.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Pup cups (whipped cream in a small paper cup) are provided at no cost for canine customers. My chihuahua highly recommends the pup cup or pupacinno (unsure of spelling). As a human, I love the Skinny Vanilla Latte Iced for most SC days although the hot Skinny Vanilla Latte is great for the rare cold days. I prefer the venti size (large).

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The manager is amazing and the workers are just as amazing. I recently found out that they finally let some of their awful employees go, due to not showing up, defamation of the manager’s and two other employees name. They now continue to post fake reviews and service complaints causing more trouble for them. Yes, the current employees may be slightly overworked but that’s only due to these ex-employees selfishness and bad behavior that led them to have their positions terminated. I feel sorry for the employees and the manager for having to put up with such ridiculous and childish behavior from not 1 but 3, if not more disgruntled ex-employees. It’s 2025 and you are how old? Grow up, and focus on what matters in life instead of making other people miserable just because you are! Stop harassing this store and the employees of this store because frankly they do not deserve it. The food and safety is up to par for this store and all the employees meet the food safety guidelines. They work hard to make sure everything is clean and up to date. The current employees are amazing and friendly.

Came to pick up an order for my friend and only saw one thing with her name on it on the pick up counter. I didn’t realize she had ordered more till I looked at the receipt and asked her about it and she confirmed there were more items. So I returned to the store and try explaining my situation to a white bald man and immediately I sense an attitude and felt rushed while explaining my situation then he pointed out that it would be in the pick up counter, and I had to explain that it was not there, and then he said it could be in the drive-through and it clearly was, but when asking for the name, he had an attitude again. Also got the wrong drink and it looks disgusting.

This used to be my least favorite location. My drink was seldom correct and the staff wasn’t the most friendly. But something has changed in the past month or so. Every staff member that I have encountered has been friendly and competent, and every drink I’ve had has been perfect! This may not be great for my bank account, because I end up ordering way more than I should!!

If you are traveling, DO NOT go out of your way to this location! Store closed, drive thru only.. due to short staff the sign says. Worker was letting two customers out as we approached the door but could not be inconvenienced to let us order through the drive and use the rest room. NEVER AGAIN will I drive out of my way for this place!
