Main manager is extremely rude we placed an order for 3 pepperoni pizzas and we waited over an hour. When we asked her about the pizza she asked us what name was on the order we told her they hadn’t taken our name yet or charged us for the pizza. She got extremely agitated and told my boyfriend she had told him they weren’t making hot and readys because they where to busy. He told her that’s why he placed an order for them. I got upset waiting over an hour she yelled at us and kicked us out of the store when we told her she had a complete mess at little Cesar’s. Really unprofessional how she was speaking to all her customers with a rude tone. As well as basically throwing the pizzas on the counter when she was handing out orders. Worst place ever to get pizza. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

If I could give zero starts I would. They tried to serve me an undercooked pizza then when I bring it in “Apparently the GM “ said that we have to go on to the little Caesars to get our refund which was complete bullshit. Didn’t apologize didn’t say well we can cook it longer. Nope right away went and gave my husband and I an attitude. Refused to give us a refund till we asked to speak to the general manager. Then now all of a sudden they need a card to give a refund. If she lied about saying we got to do it on the app why does she need my card. Then when I ask to speak to her gm now she’s the gm, mind you she said she needed to call her boss. Didn’t wanna give me her name nor her bosses number.

I went into Little Caesars expecting a quick and friendly experience, but it turned out to be disappointing. The employee who said his name was Ralph came across as very irritable while speaking with me. His tone felt impatient and unprofessional, and the interaction made me uncomfortable. He seemed distracted and not fully attentive to what I was asking, his eyes were also very red and he smelled which led me to believe he was under the influence and it led to confusion about my order. Instead of helping clarify things, he responded abruptly and didn’t make much effort to provide good customer service also as a manger I might add.

“Krisel M.” Was far too concerned with her phone to burden herself with customers wanting to order lunch. This was the first time I have been at this location. It wasn’t very busy for lunchtime. Now I have a pretty good idea why that is.

I paid for a pizza and she turned around without saying a word. Thank you? You’re good to go? Need any napkins? Forget it! This person is far too important to be waiting on anybody. and busy to be working.

I hated to burden this princess for a recipe. But I had to because it was a work related transaction.

Save yourself the trouble by being ignored. Krisel wasn’t the only person here that has mastered the art of of having more important things to do than your job. One was too busy killing bugs and explaining it to the other two staff members that seemed overburdened by the other two customers there besides me.

Avoid this place.

I use to love Little Caesars but this one has seem to only get worst this will be my last time taking a chance on if my pizza will come out how I ordered it so they run out of cheese and thin crust and instead of calling or contacting me they prepare me a pizza that is complete trash when calling to speak to the manager I was told that she was busy when I asked for a refund. I was told maybe this place has lost its credibility with me. I will never return.

food is cheap and usually always good so that’s why i kept going back. but every single time i’ve come, its the employees with an attitude problem for NO REASON that make me hate this location. i have had the worst week and yet i was soooo nice to the manager with my tone of voice and was even saying sorry for my mistake in not being aware that there’s two pizza holder things – just to be met with rudeness, sarcasm, and rolling eyes and walking away as i was apologizing. if i was being a jerk, i’d totally understand getting that energy back but i wasn’t therefore that was so unnecessary. news flash: everyone hates their job, you tough it up like the rest of us and be nice to those who are nice to you. like that just was the cherry on top of my terrible week haha so it’s a 1 star from me.
again, food and prices are fine. it’s the employees that ruin this location
