We basically tried all their food offerings on happy hour and I loved the polenta all’abruzzese, the generous portion of bruschetta al pomodoro, and the funghi crostata.
wine/beer/highballs I believe are $6 and with a drink order, each person gets a COMPLIMENTARY canepe which changes everyday. We had a tuna pesto on focaccia toast and it was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated. They also have $12 spritzes ALL DAY.

We ordered three different pastas: casarecce alla tartufata; spaghetti alla carbonara; and tagliatelle alla bolognese.
The casarecce was very al dente. I couldn’t decide if I liked it or not; because it felt like it was undercooked but it wasn’t necessarily unappetizing. Just a different texture I’m normally used to. It came with mushrooms and truffles. The mushrooms could’ve been cooked more too, because that would help mix the textures a bit
The spaghetti was the best dish. Not only did the child help themselves to three servings, the adults enjoyed the guanciale that came with it. I did find the guanciale a bit peppery, but B said they enjoyed it.
The tagliatelle was not my favorite, but B thought it was “fine.” We both thought it could use a bit of seasoning, but where I would not like another bit, B had two servings.
We ended up packing about one-third of each pasta home.
Service was fine, nothing spectacular. We were seated promptly at 5 pm on a Friday night, got our orders placed quickly, and got our drinks and food in a timely manner. It was a fine experience and perhaps we would return, but not anytime soon.
Is it normal to never get checked on while eating?
Was my food okay?
Did I want another beer?
Did I want water?
For an establishment having 20% in their tip options, you should do better. Tips should be earned and my experience didn’t justify that first option…
