I am not from Houma and I can’t say if I have ever reviewed any restaurants in Houma, however I picked up a door dash order from this location today as I was dashing with a friend and went in to grab an order for delivery. This store has their ducks in a row and is running a tight ship! I was very impressed with the amount of traffic in and out…and how organized it was! The handful of employees I had an interaction with were all very friendly and helpful. Next time I am in Houma and I’m looking for a place to eat…I will definitely go here!

Terrible service! Ordered at 8:10 order was supposed to be ready by 8:44 didn’t receive the food until 9:50.
Get home with the food, was supposed to have 4 flavors. Only thing seasoned was the lemon pepper.
Call the store talked to the manager who said there was nothing he could do except remake the food but we had to drive all the way back there then wait for them to remake the food we had already waited 2 hours on.
Worst Wingstop by far.
Every time we get something here they remind me why we never do.
Especially when you can’t make your mistakes right.
FYI chicken is supposed to be Louisiana Rub, Hot Honey, Lemon Pepper, & Garlic Parmesan

Put in order three on separate occasions and waited 3+ hours for them to cancel the order at close and after all alternatives were closed. The third occasion they marked a Doordash order as picked up when it wasnt to put their incompetence on someone else.

The general manager Coby was there and made sure my overly complicated order was PERFECT! I was nervous it would come out wrong because I understand it’s just chicken but I ordered the whole farm this time. Some how some way he still got it done. Thank Goodness for Coby!

The atmosphere is always cool in there it feels like it’s a good place to be on a Friday night. They were busy and had a lot going on but they had they were sufficient enough to get all the orders out

I had an unfortunate experience with the manager, Cody. When I called to explain that my order was wrong, he was very hostile and dismissive. I approached the situation politely, suggesting that there might have been an honest mistake, but his attitude was unprofessional and lacked basic restaurant ethics.
Cody showed no consideration for my time or feelings, which is unacceptable in customer service. I hope the establishment addresses this issue and ensures better training for their management team in handling customer concerns respectfully

Ordering from the girl that works at the front counter felt like an inconvenience for her. She definitely made it obvious that she did not care to work there and disliked working there. She has no concern for the front area or the way she takes orders from customers. Shortly after just always on her phone constantly. Bad work ethics in my opinion.

DONT ORDER from here…let me just start by saying I love wiingstop food but the service is horrible…Every time I place an order otp and go to pick it up at the time they tell me too my food is either not done or cold…last night I called placed my order at 10:01 over the phone she stated it would be ready at 10:45 I get there at 10:44 pay for my order at 10:45 only to find when I got home that my fries were hard as a rock!!! ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. I threw them away… I had only checked to make sure all my items were in the bag when I left. I called to complain the next morning because it was late and I was not driving back only for them to say sorry for the inconvenience…I will not be ordering again!

DO NOT GO HERE. Placed an order online at 9:20pm. Got there around the time they said order would be ready on the app which was 9:55pm. When I got there, the guy at the front said it would be 5 more minutes. Well 5 minutes turned into 40 min of me waiting. Got up and asked what the hold up was very politely and he told me that my order was never even put in the back to be made and that I would have to wait a while for them to even make it. Just unbelievable that the guy looked at me for 40 min after saying my order would be ready in FIVE MINUTES when the ticket wasn’t even put in the back to be made.
