This place is bright and open with beautiful decor and wooden bar. The mocha iceed coffee was delicious and the shake add-ons are always a nice touch.
The staff greets you right as you walk in and explain the menu if it’s your first time.

This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. There was no real welcome beyond a quick hello. When I asked about the menu she simply pointed to the counter without offering much explanation. There was no real effort to engage or acknowledge me as a customer.
The place was empty, (aside from the kids in the corner)so there was plenty of time to make a connection, especially with a first-time visitor. As someone who’s worked in customer service, I know how important it is to build relationships and make customers feel valued. A simple, “Is this your first time?” or offering suggestions based on what I was looking for would’ve gone a long way.
To be fair, the shake was absolutely amazing, but the lack of hospitality made the overall experience disappointing. Sadly, I won’t be returning. I’d rather try somewhere that not only delivers great products but also a welcoming atmosphere.

So glad I found this spot. Was greeted with wonderful service. Miles at the store front explained the menu really well for me to understand being a first time guest. I ordered the meal replacement shake with vegan protein. The flavor was awesome and good quality, really enjoyed it. . Was even given access to ingredients. Very satisfied. I attempted to visit [LV Nutrution] hoping to enjoy a healthy shake and drink. While the menu was appealing and the products seem high-quality, I was disappointed by an interaction I witnessed. One customer commented on the place getting busier, and to my surprise, the staff member agreed, almost as if the increase in customers was a burden rather than a positive sign of success.
It’s important for a business like this to foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, especially those looking to make healthier choices. Instead of appearing exclusive, they should embrace the growing interest in wellness and support a community of diverse customers.

I was sent here by an acquaintance, to do a pickup, since they are so close to my home. My acquaintance made a recommendation for myself also, and it did not disappoint! After visiting, I googled the place, wanting to get some more information on products and such, and after reading some previous reviews, I felt compelled to chime in. I was greeted immediately upon walking in, and Angel, the owner, greeted me as well, & introduced herself, and was incredibly kind & welcoming The whole staff was great! I didn’t have a clue what I was getting, but they made it very easy, and inviting to be there! Everyone was incredibly friendly, and informative!! I will definitely be back, and would absolutely recommend this business to anyone!!

I asked for the ingredients in the protein coffee. I was told it was soy protein when it was in fact whey (a milk) protein.I was also told there was no artificial sweetener in the mix but later I also found out it had sorbitol, a chemical associated with causing inflammation among other things. I like to know what I’m putting in my body. Given the name of the place suggests an interest in nutrition you’d think the people working there might be able to accurately name the ingredients in the products served. It was also close to 7 dollars for this drink I was misled about. I went to the facebook page first to ask for the list of ingredients. They ignored me when I let them know that I had got the wrong info when I asked the counter person. That’s just not good customer service. I live nearby and won’t go back due to this experience. I wanted to like it. It’s a nice looking place for hanging out though no one was there.
