Do an online order that they give out to a 3rd party door dasher, while I was doing cash through the app. Order gets here 45 min later & items are missing that they didn’t have but sent my order out will all charges! I call & no one can figure out how to fix their mistake other than make the dasher come back & ring it up and come back out instead of just take the amount of the item off my CASH ORDER!!! I got charged for “all”
Wings were fine never got the mozzarella sticks. I got literally 10 fries in a box that look like they’ve been sitting at the bottom of the fry bin
So I tried to call customer service I got sent to the Pizza Hut store and I waited and waited and waited until no one answered. Tried to call again and waited and waited. No one answered so I just wasted my money tonight.

I ordered thru the Pizza Hut app not knowing that DoorDash would be delivering my order until after I had paid. Tracked my food until the driver was in the neighborhood and received a text stating the DoorDash driver had handed me my food but I never seen the driver nor received my food. I called Pizza Hut and was told to call the driver but the number used was no longer available. And Pizza solution was to send another driver out but I said no. And ended up going to pickup the order myself. No compensation for my troubles or even saying I am sorry. All I received was it wasn’t Pizza Hut fault.
