8/7/25 My daughter loves potatoes & so was excited when she saw a Potato Master in the food court of Mayfair Mall (we don’t have a P.M. in Ohio). She got the fries with cheese and bacon. She was not even close to being impressed with the product. Even with cheese on the fry, they lacked taste! And the bacon looked more like BACON BITS & NOT ACTUAL/REAL BACON!!! She paid a little over $7 for that & it was a waste of money.

The menu is outdated. So you cant order hardly anything. I went with the hot dog and fries because that’s all they have. The Asian guy wirh glasses is slower than molasses on a winter day. Waited 15 minutes for this mess of a hot dog. He asked if I wanted ketchup. I said yes…. he loaded my hot dog down with ketchup. So as you can see from my photo I’m trying to remove some ketchup by using my fries… and I paid 15 dollars for this mess. Unprofessional, disorganized, no value for my money. Needless to say it’s my 1st and last time and I will be sure to warn others about the food and service. Total dissapointment.

The food was average. The chicken tenders were good but not much different than McDonald’s nuggets. The fries were nice. I liked how the seasoning is sprinkled on generously. However the flavor on these also tasted pretty generic.

Easily the worst chili Chee fries I have ever had. This was a serious lapse of judgement on my part. I really should have known better than to order chili cheese fries from the Mall’s food court. I am going to check myself into the psychiatric hospital tonight.

What a dump. Avoid this place. The food is just terrible. Even the fries are bad. How do you mess up fries, especially with a name like potato Master. Steer clear of “potato disaster”. It’s a train wreck. I can’t emphasize enough, do not go here.

Whatever I ordered tasted like a potato that had a long, emotional past involving nuts. Not peanuts. Not almonds. Just… nut. An aggressive, confusing nut flavor that made me stop mid-chew and rethink every decision I’ve ever made.

Wow This place place really sucks. They charge extra for extra catch-up. I asked for extra salt they said no I had to ask for napkins eyes are on record, and that hotdog is lukewarm at best. And it is over priced. The value basket doesn’t come with a soda.
