( Seasoning Crab )There is an ownership change. The name of the Restaurant is now Seasoning Crab. So friendly and service is amazing. Making sure everything was delicious. We loved the oysters, the best I have ever eaten. Raw oysters so good.
Wife and I shared the oysters, and she ordered fried calamari. Which was cooked to perfection. No rubbery problem.
Finally I ordered sushi, no pic cause I was hungry (sorry) all the sushi was great as well. Again new owners signs are not even up yet. Great experience !!!

We thought this was the Red Crab, but this restaurant changed ownership. We were not disappointed, the seafood was delicious. We tried the snow crab and the king crab. King crab was definitely the better crab. The decor was classic ocean theme, with handwritten messages all over the walls. I ordered the hibachi, which was alright. I think the food was a little pricey, but we ordered a lot.

The food was fantastic. We will go again. When we went it seemed as though the wait staff was still in training. Our food came out at with weird timing. Our appetizer arrived after main dish, and my soup came out with my entre. They are very nice, and with another week or two, I’m sure the kinks will be ironed out.

1500 (3:00) There were 3 tables full but a very steady flow of pickup orders. Food was large quantities and flavorful. Fried calamari, chicken hibachi with fried rice and soup, mix and match #B crawfish, shrimp, and snowcrab with potatoes and corn on cob.

1. They played the same 2 songs on repeat the whole time
2. My food was raw. Sausages not cooked, shrimp was still GREY !! I shouldn’t have to go home and finish cooking my food. A waste of money.
3. Crawfish taste HORRIBLE
4. I refuse to be that person to send my food back because I’m not about to have anyone tarnish my food
5. Should’ve just drove to juicy seafood because you get more for your money and taste is way better.
6. Asked to speak to a manger they said he was off today…and no other manager available
7. Asked for a refund. Said no they can only remake it.
8. Need to be shut down ASAP changing the name and management does nothing.

It wasn’t what I was expecting, but if I had Googled the “experience” , then I don’t think I would have been disappointed. I didn’t understand that the meal comes to you in a bag with a bib and gloves. I started out without my bib & gloves because I really wanted to use my fork, but there’s no way you could avoid using your hands because the lobster, crab & shrimp we’re all still intact in their shells. And because it cooked in (and arrives) in a lot of juice, you’re bound to get it on you!
The flavor was really good, I got the garlic and butter flavor. The quality of the seafood was fine, not exceptional but it was fine.
I had a beer and water. They do not have liquor but they do offer beer.
I personally probably won’t go back, but that’s only because I wanted to sit back and have a meal brought to me and relax from the week. If I had young kids, I would definitely go back because they would enjoy the experience of getting to be messy with their food.

Went here because me abs my husband recently tried the one in Antioch abs it was absolutely amazing, so thinking it would be the same experience we decided to go to the one that’sin Murfreesboro since that’s where we just moved too.. sadly I regret making that decision because it was nothing like the other one, the shrimp was over cooked And had to drench it in the butter sauce.. which is good, as well as the corn, potatoes and broccoli but the shrimp just wasn’t great.. also the atmosphere is not as inviting. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad place to go, it’s still good I just know it could be better!

This is a new establishment in Murfreesboro that just opened around the beginning of August 2020. Opening during a pandemic is a risk, but I hope this place stays around. The seafood was excellent. I have eaten seafood from Key West Florida to Kittery Maine and on this visit, this place is right on par with any true coastal seafood restaurant. Seafood can be easily overcooked, but you don’t have to worry about that here. The fried items were cooked perfectly, and true to their name (juicy). The flavor was exceptional on the fried shrimp and catfish. The shrimp boil was cooked perfectly as well. The crab cakes are real lump crab meat crab cakes, and equally flavorful.
Red Crab Juicy Seafood is a chain, that started in Florida, and at the time of this review had about 35 locations all up the coast to Massachusetts. They put a Cajun spin on seafood, but that doesn’t mean it is spicy. You get to pick your level of spice.
Bottom line, if you are looking for great casual seafood restaurant, with or without a Cajun flare, look no further than Red Crab Juicy Seafood on NW Broad Street next to Hooters, across the street from Chili’s Grill and Bar and Chuy’s. You will be glad you stopped in. In closing, they have a bar and do serve beer. Enjoy!

It was good but the only two things that disappointed me . I paid $47 for 3 Lobster they were over cooked I couldn’t even pull them out the shell. The manager wouldn’t replace them and they cheated us out of food. The tip was already add into total so I paid $200 dollars for bad food and terrible service. I came the first time a couple of years ago and the food and service was great I don’t understand what happened. Maybe new management. Bad job this time.
