Standard chipotle experience nothing bad but nothing over the top either. The prices here are pretty good, my chicken bowl was $9 and then I got the chimichuri sauce along with it. It tasted good but I don’t think I’ll get it again.

The like was really long and the staff got through the line incredibly quickly, I was very impressed and got my food quickly despite the long line! My only suggestion is maybe a bit of education for the staff on what does and does not contain gluten. I knew everything in my order was gluten free from years of experience from ordering it, but I asked if the chips were gluten free and the worker says “nothing in this facility is gluten free.” I 1000% appreciate the staff being overly cautious over underly cautious, but some staff training on what exactly gluten is seems needed.

Learn to cook chicken! Why is my chicken always burnt, it tastes like I’m chewing on chicken bone covered chicken. This happens because the person cooking is negligent of how long he’s cooking the chicken and in turn the chicken’s outer layer turns hard like a shell. Never had this problem in any other chipotle, just this student run one.

Victoria is the only employee at this location who consistently provides professional and efficient service. She is hardworking, attentive, and clearly cares about doing her job well.
The rest of the service at this store is unacceptable. I am frequently left waiting on my mobile order even when there is no line, which shows a lack of urgency and organization. Several employees come across as rude and unprofessional, which makes the experience frustrating and unwelcoming.
If I did not work next door, I would not continue to visit this location. Management needs to address these service issues and recognize Victoria for the standard of professionalism she maintains, because she is the only reason this store continues to earn my business.

Today I go into the restaurant to grab lunch and I am 100% not satisfied. The rice had no flavor, the pico tasted like tomatoes just in water, the steak was over cooked and bland. What is left on the plate is getting tossed away. I felt forced to eat just enough so I can have something in my stomach to get through the rest of the day.

I have ordered two times from this location via the app. Both times have been very underwhelming.
The first time I went through the drive through and the girl literally took forever to go to the window. And no she was not busy. Just chatting. The whole point of picking up is to not wait 20+ min. And when she finally looked my way she handed me my food that was literally sitting right behind her. Needless to say, the food was cold and they forgot items.
The second time, I went through the drive through once again. This time I was met by the same girl. Once again, not paying attention to the window just chatting and moving about. I had to honk my horn and wave my hands like a lunatic to get her attention. She finally sees me and hands me my food that was sitting behind her getting cold.
The worst part is that when I get home and open up my food that I paid money for it looks like the picture attached. Literally looking half-eaten, like they threw a bunch of stuff together and sent it off. The bowl is literally empty. Like I can see the bottom of it.
Overall, the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle. I understand you have literal teenagers working at that restaurant but maybe thats not the way to go.

What a joke. My food was made and sitting right there, but apparently I was supposed to enjoy a front-row seat to the cashier and the customer ahead of me trying to solve whatever mystery was happening on the customer’s phone. Five extra minutes of watching them fumble around like it was rocket science.
No communication, no urgency, nothing. Just me standing there wondering if I accidentally walked into a tech support center instead of Chipotle.
I finally just left because clearly nobody cared that my order was ready or that a line existed. Absolutely embarrassing service. Do better.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Ordered from here multiple times and it’s always the same thing…. The food is cold and barley cooked and when I make a mobile order they always have the wrong food in my bowl. Did Uber Eats with this location for the first time and all the food was labeled correctly, but had the wrong ingredients. They also didn’t even give me the 2 cokes I ordered. Very displeased and do NOT recommend.
