I had to wait 1 hour past the time when the app said the food was available for pickup. The pizza was cold. I was joined by 20 other people in the waiting area. All waiting on pizzas that were long past due. We could see the pizzas easily sitting on counter, not in an oven or anywhere the heat. Just stacked up with no names on them. The staff had to repetedly open the boxes and look inside and try to figure out what it was and then looked through the stack of 30 plus tickets on the counter to try to match up the pizzas to the orders. What a mess! Do not go to this place.

Ordered a quick pizza/bread sticks lunch deal and I got everything for about $9 with tax and tip. My order was ready on-time and the service quick and friendly. I took the pizza home and it was as ordered and as expected from a Little Caesars. The bread sticks side of the pizza was loaded with bacon and had the perfect amount of garlic to appease my Italian rooted pallet. Now, let the food coma commence.

Placed an order at 6:37, a large pepperoni pizza, crazy bread, and crazy puffs. We received our order at 8:37. TWO HOURS LATER. Granted the store was packed, however, in what day and age is it acceptable to wait 2 HOURS for a few items at LITTLE CAESARS. The reason we didn’t leave when we noticed the order taking longer than usual, was because we kept being told it would only take “15 more minutes”. When we finally got our food, we immediately asked for a refund. The manager had one of the young workers tell us no, that they couldn’t give us one because we already had our food. A man before us had gotten a refund AND his food, the manager told her employee to tell us “we didn’t see that he had gotten his food before giving him the refund”. We ended up leaving after that, it was already around 9 PM and we were exhausted, wanting to leave asap. Honestly, I’ve had bad experiences with this particular location, and I should’ve known better before walking in, but it didn’t click at the time. You’d have better luck at a different location, so don’t even bother trying this one.

This is the worse place to go for fast food. I ordered online it said it should be ready in 1 hr. I got there 1hr and 30min to make sure when I got there it was going to be ready. I got there at 8pm they said 30 more minutes I waited 30 more minutes. And I asked 30 minutes passed is it ready he said 30 more minutes. WHAT! 2 hrs waiting and still 30 minutes and he said im just giving an estimate time not sure if it will be ready in 30 minute. There was more than 10 people extemly mad. Walked out and never again walking in there.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
When we walked in, the lobby was chaotic. One woman was loudly demanding an employee’s name while the employee kept saying “no,” and everyone else was being told their pizza was “in the oven.” My fiancé and I asked about our order, which was already two hours late, and were told it would be ready in “just thirty minutes” because someone had placed an order for 16 pizzas ahead of us.
We were told again that our pizza was in the oven, so we went ahead and paid — only to stand there for another hour. After waiting over three hours total, the girl at the counter admitted our pizza wasn’t actually coming out because she had been handing pizzas to other customers who were asking first just to make them go away. In other words, our food was given away.
Meanwhile, employees were arguing in the back, there was no supervisor or manager visible, and the person at the front was clearly overwhelmed and telling customers whatever she thought would calm them down, whether it was true or not.
We stood there for hours being told our food was “done” or “coming out” when it wasn’t. This was the most disorganized, unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Completely unacceptable. At least the refund was given… took an other 30 minutes to grab someone.

I can tell the employees here don’t care about efficiency and customer service. I hope upper management takes care of this issue as soon as possible. Placed an order at 5:15pm to be picked up and ready at 6pm. I arrived and my order was still in the oven. I’ve waited about 30 minutes and still nothing. I asked the employee to see where is my order and he told me “it would be ready in the next 3 minutes.” I was not the only one waiting and it sure wasn’t busy. My food was not hot, cheese was cold. My wife also found hair on the pizza. What’s going on here? Gross!

Awful customer service. Consistently 35 minutes to an hour late on promised ready time. They don’t update the app in a timely manner so it basically doesn’t work and the Pizza Portal doesn’t work half the time either so you have to wait in line to get your order, which is a problem b/c if you order pickup for 7pm you’ll be waiting in store for 45 minutes. That’s my experience. Surprisingly good pizza and great value, but not worth the long waits beyond promises order ready time. Staff is not friendly – this location needs a serious overhaul of employees and processes.

Easily the single WORST pizza shop in the area! They never update their tracker, so I have to guess when my order will be ready. I give them a good 30 to 35 minutes before heading up there. 9 times out of 10, the place is packed with over 20 people with zero cashier in sight. It takes them 20 minutes to come out and help one person. Then they cower to the back for another 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, the one person they helped turns into 5 more walking in the door.
This place NEEDS new management ASAP!

Crazy late on orders. No one came out to update the 20 or so people waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes. When they finally came out they said “sorry we are short staffed the soonest order will be done in 20 minutes. Everyone else’s will be an hour or more” wild. I got a refund and got burger king in 3 minutes.
Absolute wast of time to order online. Their lead times are not “live”

3 Pizzas, 1 Cheesy Bread & Wings
The food was burnt, cut improperly & very strangely half the pizza was missing the bottom crust. As if it was intentionally removed (possibly due to being burnt). I called to speak with the manager Mark & requested a credit, not a refund, with hopes that the grit would give a second chance to right the wrong of the order. Mark was unprofessional & told me to contact corporate. Everything about this experience is bad for business.
