Social Profile:

On most days, you will find The Crepe Pan owners Mai and Joseph behind the counter, prepping dishes or just conversing with customers about their days and checking in with them. This has been the atmosphere they strive for since they opened their first coffee shop on the outskirts of the Mission District in the mid 90’s. After two decades working on a larger scale, the two decided to go back to their roots. The Crepe Pan features fresh ingredients from local purveyors served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is family and community oriented. We look forward to seeing you, serving you and getting to know you.

Informal local chain serving sweet & savory crêpes, plus classic American bites.

Went here for lunch today and it was delicious! We ordered a wrap that came with fries and a salad, savory crepe that came with fries and a salad, and eggs Benedict that came with potatoes. The portions are large, the food is good quality and fresh, and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend and I’ll be back.

Top tier breakfast. One of the best in Oakland or San Diego (moved this summer).
I got the Petaluma w/ Swiss and my wife got the GF pancakes +Bananna-Coconut. We ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture.
We normally split a third meal so we have leftovers – the savory Thai crepe was good (I didn’t read it was pesto and thus surprised it wasn’t curry – my bad. Still good.).
I really like how clean the Petaluma felt – not greasy and I could taste each of the vegetables and flavorful sausage.
$3.75 for good, refillable coffee – yup!
The staff was very friendly. I misread the vibe and thought it was a counter order/bus your own table place so I didn’t tip for the level of service we got. I regret this. Staff was very friendly, checked on us, took our dishes – 20% tip for sure.
We came in our quest to find covered dog-friendly seating and found three 4-top tables outside, covered, and dry during on a rainy day.

The only downside – the dated Christmas music.

Loved the tri-berry crêpe—balanced sweetness, tons of fruit, and tasty Nutella in every bite. Fast service, laid-back atmosphere.

Great place for breakfast and lunch with a good selection of sandwiches, including five or six seafood sandwiches.

My friends and I have visited The Crêpe Pan, Oakland, on the corner of Piedmont Avenue and Linda Avenue. for a girls night a few times. Everything that we chose on the menu was absolutely delicious. We have tried several of their savory and sweet crêpes as well as eggs, Benedict and salads. Very delicious gourmet foods that we very much enjoy. They have a variety of menu items that are all delicious, well-made, and healthy options. The service at the crêpe pan is phenomenal, the staff are very friendly, polite, accommodating, and catering to the needs of their customers. We had the wonderful opportunity to connect with the owner, Joseph as well. On a regular basis, both Joseph and his wife Mai are on the restaurant floor helping and make friendly connections and smiles with their customers. We love the location, customer service and delicious foods. Thank you so much for all that you do for our Oakland community, Joseph, Mai and staff. We will definitely continue to visit you for girls nights and date nights. ❤️

Great place to get a big breakfast for under $20. Gluten free crepes, pancakes and toast. Fresh food always. Super friendly flexible staff and owners (ie let me swap the ham on my Benedict for GF bread, no upcharge, never complain when I bring my own coffee). Great place to bring the kids (kid menu) and to WORK! Large open space with just the right amount of noise/activity to keep you on task).

My gal Pal got the California crepe and I got the Greek crepe, and we both loved each other’s dish.
The fries were crispy and the Mocha was delicious.
The service was wonderful as well. I look forward to returning to try their dessert crepes next. ✨️

Gooey crepe filling, raw country potatoes and not the best customer service. Very deceiving when you walk in. Going here once was enough. They must have good reviews for some reason. They’re lucky I didnt request to speak to the manager to get a refund on my crepes and my sister’s egg dish with the raw potatoes .

We’ve been here a couple of times. The staff has always been lovely and super helpful. The variety of menu items to choose from make it difficult to pick, so we come back to try other dishes. The Tuscany crepe is my favorite so far!
