Ordered online with a scheduled pickup time of 7:28 PM, but when I arrived my order wasn’t ready until almost an hour later. I completely understand that things get busy, but the pickup time should reflect the actual wait so customers aren’t sitting there for that long.
I’m usually a fan and have had good experiences before, but this was really frustrating. Our order was complicated and honestly we were quite difficult. The shift manager was excellent. Suzie was attentive and helped every step. She worked hard to prepare our food and served it with a smile. She worked hard. Everything tasted excellent and qas perfectly prepared quickly. I am so grateful for her professionalism and fun personality. Her smile made our day.

What happened to this location?? It use to be really good! Super fast deliveries, fresh HOT food, drivers could find us with no problem. Lately, drivers cant seem to find us (its not hard if you use GPS), food has been cold, not very appealing & made very half ass. They started to deliver my food at the time it was suppose to arrive. Please go back to being awesome again!!

Absolutely terrible experience at this Papa John’s. I placed my order online 20 minutes ahead of time and arrived 5 minutes before the latest estimated completion time. When I checked in, I was told it would be “another 5 minutes,” but I could clearly see on the overhead screen that my order hadn’t even been started yet. In other words—they flat out lied.
I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes just to watch what I suspected was my pizza sit untouched on the heat rack. After another 5 minutes of it just sitting there, I finally asked if it was my order—of course, it was. When I pointed out that I had been told “5 minutes” nearly 20 minutes earlier, the staff tried to cover themselves by claiming the pizzas had just come out of the oven. Another obvious lie, since I personally watched them sit on the rack.
The staff were completely checked out—absolute space cadets with zero sense of customer service. Worse, they had no problem making up excuses on the spot instead of simply being honest. If you want to waste your time and be treated like your business doesn’t matter, this is the place. I’ll never be back.

Called in an order and they said it would be 15 minutes. We came in and were told to wait five minutes. An HOUR later, we were three visits in and still no pizza. They admitted this was a common problem, showed no remorse, were totally spaced out, and were willing to cough up any complaints to save their own hides. If you want to be left neglected in your car with a hungry family, stop by. I’m trusting literally any pizza shop before this one in the future.

The pizza was ordered to be half one style and half the other…it was more like 75% and 25%, and the 25% that was meant to be veggie garden hardly had anything on it. We were very disappointed at the quality of food received.
My wait time was more than triple than originally quoted, and several other customers showed their own discomfort.
I highly recommend further action is taken to avoid this in the future.

Ordered in the store. A lot of employees working didn’t have hair nets or gloves that looked like they reused them a couple days in a row! The employee that used the register, didn’t switch her gloves after handling cash. Food was ok but kinda pricey for the amount of toppings you get on the pizza.

Are you serious?? I am nervous to think about what the hell really happened to my Works specialty pizza. We drove down to St George to bury my Mother in Law. I had just spent 5 hours in the car with my family and my brother in law. I was really looking forward to this pizza. Came away from this experience super disappointed. You should probably just go pick up pizza from the other St George location.
