Just picked up an order from this location and Amy was there by herself. She had multiple orders going and still was able to get me in and out in a timely manner and I picked up my DoorDash order and she fixed my order as well. great customer service great person you need people like this on the team.

I would just like to say that the team they have right now at this location is great! My iced cappuccino is always made to spec no lazy just spoon mixing it. The hash browns are cooked to perfection not too crispy like other locations and the actually toast my bagel how I ask for it. You can bet you I will be stopping here every time I drop my son off to school. Thank you team!

Been loving on dunkin’ donuts for many years now. But the location at 801 Lee road is my new favorite. Service is great The lady behind the counters name is Amy who is always greeted me with a smile and always asked how I’m doing and always made me feel welcome.
