I was very pleased with my service here!! A really nice guy at the drive through window by the name of Joshua was very kind to myself and my daughter. Besides making everything right with my order he had an awesome attitude and happy people can be rare these days especially in fast food restaurants. They overcharged us, wouldn’t give my sister 16-year-old sister a receipt. My sister comes all the way back to my house to complain to me about how they treated her and we’re shoeing her off, and were not explaining anything
I come into the store, of course I’m upset, and I start yelling because they charged us for all this extra food and refuse to give us a receipt. Then I’m asking for them to look up a receipt and the manager says that he’s not going to assist me with looking it up because im upset.
They try to use the excuse that the people were new but that’s absolutely No reason to have disrespected my sister. My sister is handicapped and was only asking for assistance. All of this could’ve been avoided by simply assist i g

This is the best little Taco Bell you’ll ever find! The building and grounds are so clean and neat! The staff is excellent. I’ve been there quite a few times, and every single employee is really wonderful! The food is so good too!

I would put no stars if possible. Had to go back inside bc I didn’t receive all my items and yet again everything is wrong. Getting charged for items I didn’t even receive. This is the worst location. Stop letting kids run this place and put an adult in charge. I get it’s fast food but this is bullshit.

There’s a certain level of mediocrity I anticipate with any TB. One doesn’t eat here expecting gourmet cuisine, just quick and good-enough food in a pinch. That being said, this location was below standard TB quality. The diced tomatoes were old and the Chalupa shell was soggy. They did get my order correct which earned an additional star. I wouldn’t go back to this location again.

This place is pathetic, they never get your order correct nor is their food “fresh” I’m assuming they use leftover or 2 day old pitas and taco shells to save money avoid this location like the plague you’ll either have soggy fall though in the middle brick on the outside pitas, fall through the middle rock hard on the outside “soft” tacos, or not even close to what you ordered.

I’m tired of how expensive TB has gotten. I order special tacos and they are flat as a pancake. If I’m paying $10 (or more) I’d like more than a few pieces of lettuce and cheese. Furthermore, the beef isn’t 100% beef. It has 30% filler, mostly soy.

Near 10 minute wait for 3 of the saddest and soggiest “supreme hard shell” tacos.
If you order from the kiosk, it’ll be a minute before you get a cup for your drink.
At some point, one of the ladies came to the counter and asked if everyone had paid? I thought that was odd.
The inside feels institutional.
I only stopped in because the authentic Mexican restaurant down the road was closed today. Id rather drive the extra mile for the family restaurant. Seriously, just go down the road. You can get much better take out down the road. 10 bucks is better spent at Vaqueros. Seriously. You eat in and get chips and salsa. You get service.
At Taco Bell, you get sad crappy food.
