I was blown away by the exceptional service and incredible food, truly top-notch!! From the moment we walked in the staff greeted us warmly and provided attentive service throughout. There’s a variety of dishes and each one of them are delightful and bursting with taste. The cozy ambiance is inviting and charming.

Had the Chilaquiles with eggs over easy. Food is excellent and cooked perfectly. The staff are polite and friendly. Looking forward to making it a regular visit for weekend breakfast. Added a couple of photos. Had the steak and eggs on our last visit. Steak was perfectly cooked and it’s not typical to get two plates! That’s how big the steak is!

I want to start off by saying how amazing this place is!! I went this morning for breakfast and it was outstanding!! The waitresses are super friendly and knowledgeable and the food is super AMAZING!! I would highly recommend 10/10!! I will be returning I can’t wait to try more food off the menu!!

I saw this place on Facebook. Today was their grand opening.
I decided to give it a try because of the tortas.
I ordered the torta pollo Milanesa (which comes with queso Oaxaca), bistec milanesa, and tacos al pastor. Everything was delicious and freshly made. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately they didn’t have agua frescas but I’m hoping they’ll soon add it to the menu.
Apart from that, I highly recommend this place! Will definitely be back!

I read about this place online and the locals aren’t too friendly to them because of the previous restaurant closed. Food is outstanding! Service is good. The food is awesome!

Very friendly staff. This is a new place and it seems that they really want to prove that they are top tier. The food was fresh and very good. We got mostly breakfast items but we did ask for some rice and got their red hot sauce. The red sauce was very good! Its made in house and for me it’s not very hot but such good flavor! The eggs were real and fresh. The waffles were good too. No complaints at all. Even the speed of the service was great. Highly recommend.

I have been to Poblanos twice and the food is consistently delicious! Both visits I ordered Mexican dishes and that’s a really good way to go there. This morning I ordered huevos rancheros which is a dish I have ordered many times at different places and hands down, today was the best I have ever had! Their guacamole was delicious as well. If Mexican food isn’t your favorite thing there are many American inspired options on the menu to choose from. They offer all the classic breakfast options like pancakes, French toast and omelets. The staff is friendly and we enjoyed great service. I highly recommend Poblanos!

Nice little spot! Went in on a Wednesday for lunch! The food was delicious! Waitress was great! The menu setup was a little strange. I almost didn’t see the whole “Mexican menu” section listed after their Dinner Menu section. Don’t miss this section! Lots of good dishes!

Great staff and the food and prices are perfect. We have Sunday brunch! My wife has Beef Tacitos and I have the Garden Omelet. We traveled from the Poconos to eat there just from “word-of-mouth”.Breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Mexican or American cuisine, you won’t miss coming here. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Really delicious Mexican food! Some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten a lot of authentic Mexican food. They also have a variety of American diner staples and some Mexican-American fusion dishes. The staff was all super friendly and the food came out quickly. This is a must-try for Phillipsburg!
