The service is good and its pretty clean. Fries were great honestly made the 3 stars. Unfortunately I ordered 4pc tenders and they were definitely undercooked. Not even crispy in the slightest. I’ve made crispier tenders with Tyson nuggets and my oven. It was also rubbery so naturally I went up and I tried to be cool about it and said that the tenders were undercooked so they handed me what I guess you could say are 2 new ones because I ate 1 and a half but they were just as soggy and undercooked. I ate everything else but that. The apple pie poppers aren’t that great either but I didn’t expect much. The MT Dew sweet lightning is great though.

Eat dinner. The only disappointment was when the cashier asked was it take out? I said no. She said we close in 30 minutes. I said ok, we will be quick. And her response to me was” That’s what they all say. I was so disappointed. Because there was other people sitting enjoying their food. And I felt i needed to rush and eat my food. We had ordered the 7 pieces special 2 mash potatoes and 4 apple pies. And 4 drinks. When our order was given she forgot the drinks. Because she was to focus on how long we were going to take to eat. I will not go there again.

The food—-Absolutely amazing. Everything was freshly made, hot, and packed with flavor — you can really taste the difference when it’s made with care. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the sides were perfect, and even the biscuits were spot on.
Highly recommend this location not just for the great food, but also for the incredible team. They’re friendly, attentive, and really make you feel like family — whether you’re there for a quick solo meal, a family outing, or a business lunch like we were.
This is how fast food should be done!

This kfc is amazing! We got it delivered, and it came very fast. The last few times we got kfc, it was so disappointing that we were hesitant to order again. So glad we did. It was PERFECT. We kept mentioning to each other “I haven’t had kfc like this in years” The order was exact, my only gripe is with the app, I couldn’t order no ice in the drink. That’s not their fault though, this store is definitely worth going out of the way for.

Always had good experiences until now. We ordered about 20 minutes ago, arrived to pick it up, the doors were locked and several people were waiting outside. We could see multiple employees inside behind the counter. Our mobile said it was ready for pickup and I could see mobile order bags on the counter. I called the store number and watched an employee answer inside. She says they closed just now, I asked about our food that was ready for pickup and asked about the specific bags on the counter, she said those were there since the morning and that I’d need to call corporate for a refund. Another 15 minutes on the phone later and I we will probably be getting our money in a few days. Our evening meal plans are not only disrupted but now we have wasted about 45 minutes on this. No accountability from the local store, very disappointing. It’ll be a whole before we give them another try.

Ordered online via the KFC app 45 minutes in advance. When we arrived our food was still not ready. 10 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready they handed us a bag. The bag only had fries and biscuits in it. We ordered a bucket of chicken. So we had to continue waiting. A half hour after our order was supposed to be ready we finally got our food, over an hour since ordering on the app. What is the advantage of ordering online if the food isn’t ready when you get there? Worse still, people who came in after us and ordered food, got their food before us.
