I ordered a hand tossed pepperoni pizza and a stuffed crust pepperoni & sausage. I called to change my hand tossed to a specialty pizza (Ultimate pepperoni) whenever i called i was told they couldn’t deliver due to driver shortage and i agreed to pick it up myself. For the trouble of changing my pizza to an Ultimate Pepperoni I decided to tell them to use my delivery fee towards that change. I pick up my pizzas and both were not done as they usually are. The ultimate pepperoni is supposed to have extra cheese types and instead it looked like i just got extra cheese on top.. My stuffed crust didn’t have garlic on the crust either and if it did it was very minimal. I’m complaining because obviously i paid and i still got this. (they’re half eaten because regardless we paid and we were hungry) i left pictures of what each pizza should’ve looked like !

Ordered pizza @ 11:30, saw on app pizza was made & ready for delivery. I waited 40 minutes from cook time completion b4 calling. Said she was too busy & driver was helping make 16 pizzas for another order. So I gues my 35 dollar order (had to wait) pizza showed up cold & had to microwave because i was hungry as hell. Called about getting a discount or coupon added & stated she’s busy working & will do it later. I’m assuming nothing will happen. I never write reviews & i tip drivers on top of all their fees.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order with an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. After an hour, the app still showed the food was being prepped. I tried calling the store multiple times—no one answered, or I was put on hold indefinitely. Finally, I drove to the store myself only to be told it would be another 20 minutes.
So much for fast food. No communication, no apology, just a cold “you’ll have to wait.” This was a complete waste of time. If I wanted to wait nearly 2 hours for a pizza, I would’ve gone somewhere that at least makes it worth it. Do better, Domino’s. At least they supposedly refunded me the delivery fee and tip i had left…

I placed an online order with instructions for it to be handed to me. After noticing that the order was marked as complete, I called the store. I spoke to someone who said that my driver was mostly right outside. Even though almost an hour had passed, I said I would wait an additional 5-10 minutes, understanding that they might be busy.
After waiting, I called back and spoke to a different person named Nicole. I explained my issue to her, and she then spoke to the manager, Malorey. I could overhear them discussing my type of residence (a standalone home) and whether we should place a new order or cancel the existing one. I asked Nicole if she thought the new order would take another hour, and she replied, “It shouldn’t, as long as the driver delivers it to the right place.”
I then asked what steps they would take to ensure that the driver would deliver it correctly. Nicole responded that they would probably send another driver. I also inquired whether I would receive a discount for the inconvenience. At that point, Malorey got on the phone and said they could offer me a free lava cake or cancel the order—that was it. It’s disheartening that good service seems to be the exception rather than the standard. Wow.

The delivery drive is very rude. He has delivered to my properties twice and both times I have received nothing but nasty disrespectful attitude. Once I seen it was him the 2nd time I ordered I just threw the food out because I don’t trust someone with an attitude like that around y food. He came in and threw my food down on my desk said something smart under his breath and walked out my office without closing my door back or anything.
