Wasn’t feeling hungry enough for a full meal. Decided to try an appetizer that I normally wouldn’t try at an Asian restaurant (usually I’d get BBQ pork or something) tried the chicken wings, the flavor I got was the spicy one (an Asian name I couldn’t pronounce) …WOW! This Noodle House was pretty tasty. The foods all seem pretty fresh, and reasonably priced. They had a nice selection of sauces, and chopsticks and stuff, and the place looked pretty clean. The employees were pretty friendly, and although they were fairly busy, we still got our food in a decent amount of time. Definitely recommended.

Food looks great but entrees don’t have flavor. I left 75% of the food on my plate. Appetizers were great.. service excellent. On the expensive side but servers actively look for discounts for you. This is in the casino where smoking is allowed so if you are an out of state visitor like I am.. expect cigarette smoke to accompany your meal.

There food is good here. (My personal favorite is their almond chicken) it’s quick even when busy theyre still pretty quick. The presentation of the food is always great. Service is good. It is inside the casino so even though kids can eat here but it’s not the most kid friendly place since it’s on smoking side of casino and open to the casino floor. For being inside the casino the price to eat here isn’t horrible and the portion sizes are good. They also offer take out which is great. Over all this place is good and the food is good.

The service was amazing! All of the waitresses were so nice, service was fast, food was amazing. But then a manager named Christina came out and started barking orders at a very busy staff, took a plate of food for herself, went to the back, came back out a few minutes later, chewing the food in the kitchen, continued to chew out our very awesome waitresses then chewed out the cooks, who were busting their rear ends. There was no clear reason, we had great service and fast service. I get I don’t know everything that goes on behind the scenes, but it’s never appropriate to treat staff like that in front of customers. Seemed like she was mad HER dinner wasn’t done fast enough. Then walked out of the restaurant! We tipped our waitress 20 bucks because no one ever should be treated the way that staff was treated by manager Christina. Not cool. I’ll be talking to the front desk when I check out tomorrow. The staff here is so great it’s hard to watch that.

We went in wanting to share a plate as we didn’t want to carry leftovers around all day. Server gave us good advice about which would have enough for both to eat. When food came, it was fabulous. Food was very hot and very fresh. You could tell it hadn’t sat around in a warmer all day. And the taste was great. Can’t go wrong here. Totally recommend this place

The reason for the 4 stars is jot for the food itself but due to how small the restaurant is. The line can take a bit before you are seated to eat there is no real ambiance to it and it shares the same air as the smoking half of the casino. The food is a decent price for what you get its not 100% authentic but the flavor and smell if you can smell your food over the smoke is there. Over all it is good food the staff was courteous and swift and the tables were clean.

Food portions were good, just not very impressed with entrees. Orange chicken really didn’t have orange taste. Everything was in a tempura batter so didn’t get full taste of proteins. Appetizers were good. The specials were nummy. I don’t think this is a “must eat here” place. Good food but need to drop so much tempura batter on foods so you can enjoy. Btw – even though pork was in batter it was cooked beautifully.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received two nights ago, I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a casino employee as I was that night.
Went to fai’s to order as we were staying at the hotel. I had a few questions and had attempted to call the the restaurant prior to going down so so not tie up the line with the couple questions I had. When I attempted to call the number online was not correct and I was connected to another guest hotel room. So when I went down to the restaurant I quickly asked the gentleman if their number online was correct and explained the situation. he looked at me and said I don’t know what you’re talking about we’ve been getting phone calls all night. I said I understand that I was just a little confused when the call went to another hotel room. And I ended that. He continued to tell me that they’ve been getting phone calls all night and that I must have been dialing incorrectly. (not sure how you can dial a phone number incorrectly and get connected to another hotel room, but I left it at that)
I had briefly pulled the front of my mask away from my mouth (nose and mouth were both fully covered still) as it was touching my lips while I was talking, to which he interrupted me and said you need you to put your mask back on I can hear you just fine. I let him know I was not pulling the mask away for his listening benefit it was in my mouth while I was talking and making it difficult to talk.
The customer prior advised the gentleman at the host stand, I’m assuming is the manager based on his attire, that they had an allergy he wrote down whatever it was and let her know they would ensure the grill was cleaned between the meal prep. So naturally when it was my turn I let him know my husband had a shellfish allergy to which he stared at me and said I’m not sure what you would like me to do. I said well much like the gal prior I just wanted to make sure that the chicken is not being prepared on the same surface as the shrimp. he responded by letting me know he would see what he could do but there was no guarantees. From then on the conversation on his side was extremely condescending. Each question was met with an unnecessary amount of irritation. There was no one waiting behind me, I had waited about 10 to 15 minutes while the gal prior ordered so I wasn’t sure why he was so irritable. Maybe he was just having an off day, or something had happened prior that upset him but I will probably not return solely based on how he was treating me that night.
