The store smelled heavily of cleaning products. The smoothie seemed a bit overpriced for what it is. Tropical smoothie uses a mix and only some fresh ingredients and make sure to ask for less sugar.

I love tropical smoothie cafe!!! Unfortunately, the last two times I’ve ordered I’ve been extremely disappointed with the bowls. These are not cheap at all and are supposed to be a meal. I’ve only had enough stuff in the bowl to maybe be a little more than half full. When I first started buying these a couple years ago they were filled to the top and topping were always above, hence the type of top that are put on. They have gone up in price since then but the quality/quantity has gone down. Everything else I’ve had has been awesome!

The Açai bowl was extremely disappointing. The açai was premade already and not as fresh as it would be if they made it to order. The banana was only half a banana. if you’re gonna charge a lot $11 for a bowl just make sure quality matches the price. There’s no reason the açai should be premade.

The environment was not clean, there were roaches laying everywhere outside and even a live one crawled on me…don’t ask why I still ate there. The food took forever to get and my daughters friends smoothie taster like tap water. We will never come back to this location.

Im giving it three stars because this location is not that good. Ive had the very same smoothie at two other locations and they were way better. (Blueberry Bliss smoothie) this one had very little fruit and tasted like ice with little flavor. The service was mediocre the person working there was talking on his phone the whole time.
