Fast food chicken chain returns to Conway. Opening new location comes with a learning curb and I got the feeling they were definitely in their infancy. I’m not sure if this is the franchise’s future footprint but seeing other new stores being built less is better seems to be the model. Not a real “sit down” feel with minimal floor plan with a couple booths and a handful of tables and chairs. Order counter menu with limited menu of their signature chicken, sandwiches, wings, sides and drinks. Service was friendly but a bit slow, which was surprising as there was only one another couple already seated on a Friday afternoon. My classic chicken sandwich was doable with a crispy, thick chicken patty topped with pickles and mayo. Mac was cheesy and creamy. Overall expectation of fast food but definitely needed on this strip of highway.

We Stopped By For The First Time. Went Through Drive Thru, Service Worker Was Patient And Friendly. At The Window Worker Was Very Polite. We Got Home Ready To Dig Into Our Food And Was Seriously Displeased. I’m Sorry But The Children Had No Flavor And Gross. A Piece Of The Chicken Had A Whole Neck Connected To It. The Beans And Rice Wasn’t That Good Neither. The Best Thing Was The Honey And Biscuit’s. I Won’t Be Going Back.

Absolutely not. This was our second time going. I thought maybe the first awful experience was just a fluke, so we gave it more time.. THREE meals cost OVER $50 and it was COLD!!! They also gave us none of the sauce we ordered and we were missing an entire side. We’re done. We won’t be back. Either get new people, or you will close. Good luck!!!

REALLY slow service. I was the only person in the drive thru and it took like 20 minutes of waiting. On top of that, I repeated my order twice and they got it wrong, so I had to wait even longer for it to be corrected. If you wanna stop here for a quick bite, don’t even think about the drive thru. You think being the only customer there it would be relatively quick, think not. Yikes.

My lovely wife and I were coming home from church and decided to check out the new Popeyes We opt for the take out. The person we gave our order to was confused We just wanted 6 pieces of spicy chicken and kept asking up Whst we wanted for sides. We explained we only wanted 5 pieces of chicken. After a couple of minutes he finally understood our order. Well we got home and realized that they gave us regular wings when we ordered spicy. Well we eat them anyways. I would say the chicken parts were good size, it was very moist, and coating was very tasty. Will be going back. But will make sure before I leave that I have my spicy wings. ..
