I waited over 15 minutes for an order that was incorrect. Instead of replacing the incorrect hamburger, the order was refurbished and no longer hot (or even warm). The restaurant had trash on the floor and a trash bag sitting in the floor, in front of the condiment counter, the entire 45 minutes I was there. Not a pleasant sight to maintain an appetite. Overall, a bad experience for me.

This place was horrendous. DO NOT order the krabby patty burger from here. I ordered the KP sauce on the side and it was really good to dip fries in. I started eating the burger, and immediately my mouth was on FIRE! I don’t know what it was. I understand a spicy sandwich, but this was completely different. I stood up and immediately got dizzy and nauseous and felt uneasy. Worst experience I have ever had eating fast food. Drive through person rushed me to take my order like he could predict what I was gonna say next, and had to go inside because I was missing items. I might just take myself to immediate care. Please avoid this place!

Took 10 minutes to get my food even though I was the only one there. And no one was I. The drive thru. The boy taking my order never looked up from his phone while I was ordering, he asked me “what you say?” Finally put my order in. I ordered my sandwich with no cheese….. i got my sandwich and it had cheese on it. It took them way too long to get my food out. The patty was not even warm. And the bottom bud was hard so I only had the top bun. ♀️ the drink machine hard no diet drink options. No napkins. I’ve worked in fast food. They couldn’t get their eyes on their phones long enough to do anything. Pitiful. Hire better workers.

Stopped for lunch with my daughter & elderly parents. 1st clue something wasn’t good was only 1 other car in parking lot at 11:45am on a Saturday.
Once inside, all front counter staff & drive thru guy were ALL sitting at a table in the dining room!
The guy taking our order did not greet us or really care about helping us.
Food was not hot. Was most likely sitting under heat lamps for who knows how long.
Do Not waste your time eating here! We definitely will not be back!

This Wendy’s was not good at all.
Firstly the Host:Jessica is not friendly at all. I don’t think it was because she is having one of those mornings either. We waited for well over 20 minutes for our order for the food just to be hard, the chicken over cooked and the biscuits also hard. I don’t mind waiting but to wait and then the food still be wrong. Not good. The host was just not nice way to busy on her phone and she has an attitude, I don’t ever which to return to this location. And I am more incline to tell people don’t bother coming here for breakfast. McDonald’s is right across the street and they will apologize and get your order right.

I came in here to try the new Krabby Patty was met with a smile at the drive thru windows he was super friendly even tho the speaker was messed up.. the food was amazing and delicious just the right amount of spicy I think next visit I might see if I can get that secret sauce on a spicy chicken it was so good!! This place is turning around morning shift is always amazing and hopefully soon night time will follow!! Will come here over any other wendys!!

Thought this place was closed. Drove by this morning and parking lot empty. Did see 1 person at inside table, so went thru drive thru to order breakfast. No one else in front of me at drive thru. Still had to wait 5-6 minutes for my food. My Coke Zero was lousy… like water. Cashier was not unfriendly, not really friendly though. Food was good n hot.

6 employees and no customers. All 6 sitting in the lobby smoking. Never said a word or acknowledged me (ordered through the app). Even when they finished making my food they didn’t say a word or even look at me. Set it on the counter and walked away. It was laughable lol. Food tasted like it’s been sitting for days. I threw it all out immediately. Avoid at all costs!!

This has to be the worst Wendy’s ever. Poos service, wrong order (plain cheeseburger with everything on it) and I repeated the “plain cheeseburger” twice. Very slow service. Not sure who owns this location, but they should close it. I love Wendy’s, and this location doesn’t give Wendy’s a good reputation.
