Hour and a half wait for delivery which I gave a pass on since it was new years eve. But almost $40 later for 2 large BURNT pizzas that are too small for the price is ridiculous. We order from here often but I can’t support this business anymore. I always do pickup orders and 80% of the time its never ready so I’m stuck waiting there and I never show up early. The guy who owns/runs this place gives off an arrogant vibe and never smiles or even tries to be friendly on the phone. Maybe being in business for 50 yrs will give that mentality of not needing everyone’s business. But to make it obvious is a bold move. There’s a very sweet older lady that is awesome, but she is not there often. 2 stars because It is good pizza when it’s made right, but lately that hasn’t been the case for us. Also if you’re looking for a bigger Pizza, this is not the place for you. Their “larges” are somewhere in between a typical medium and a small size. There’s plenty of pizza places in Parma and surrounding cities that are just as good that will give you something that aligns more with the price point. I can appreciate quality and will spend more for something that’s typically smaller, but quality isnt there much anymore. Handing over burnt pizzas is not right for any establishment. I recommend Casamels and Napoleans. Both in the parma area with similar pizzas and pricing to Marsellas but you’ll get a little more for your money and I’ve never been served a burnt pizza from either place.

Tried here the first time. If you’re in a hurry to order be prepared to be put on hold for a couple minutes. Pizza was good, but a little greasy. Garlic bread was definitely not worth the price for a toasted footlong sub bun with cheese and garlic.

We typically go out for pizza (dine in), but decided on delivery tonight. The pizza and crinkle cut fries were delivered fresh, hot and prompt. The driver was friendly, as was the person who took our phone order. Excellent pizza. Will definitely order again.

This place was recommended by a coworker so I called 1/10/26 and placed an order for pickup small pizza with sausage and pepperoni. The young lady that took my order wasn’t very inviting even after I told her this was my first time ordering. I drove 30 mins to get there and then no one in there was friendly at all. My pizza was just okay nothing to write home about. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Treat people that come to patronize your business better. The only way my review would was for me to give one star.

Stopped in after a baseball game. The people were friendly, and the pizza was awesome. You could tell a difference between the quality of this good old fashioned pizza place and chain pizza establishments. The crust was a mix between pan and hand tossed in texture. The sauce was a perfect combination of sweet and savory. The cheese was just the right amount of ooey gooey goodness. Definitely would recommend. If we ever are in the area again, we’ll definitely return.

Big fans of Marsella’s pizza. Decided to give their fish dinner a try tonight. The portions were generous. The fish’s breading was the only thing that knocked a star, flavor was lacking, but the fries and jojos were a hit. As always, the pizza did not disappoint

A hidden gem I found out about on Facebook. Easily top tier Pizza in the Cleveland area. The sauce is incredible. Normally I don’t like breaded wings either but these remained Chrispy and we’re seasoned just right. This place has a loyal customer while I live in the area. I can’t recommend it enough.

Honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. The pizza arrived burnt, with barely any sauce (if any at all), and absolutely no flavor. Dry, tasteless slices that were completely inedible. Ended up throwing it in the trash. I’ll never order from here again.

Flavor of pizza is perfect, semi sweet sauce with robust flavor of Italian herbs but I wish they put more on it, ask for extra sauce, or grab a sauce cup on the side. Fresh dough making for a softer crust but perfectly baked, so it’s not soggy in the middle. I gave 4 star because of the garlic cheese bread, I feel like they put WAY too much garlic butter sauce on, it was delivered wrapped in foil and soggy inside probably from the heat condensation
