It was so good! I did not take a picture of my food because I was starving and forgot. My mom and I enjoyed our meal, the service was great they helped us to build our bowls with very fresh an good ingredients 100% recommended. Good prices, good food 10/10 ⭐️

Very excited to find this place. The food was good and fresh. We had a hummus bowl with chicken shawarma and I really liked it. I wish they would put a bit of char on the chicken, otherwise it was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The hummus was some of the best in the area. It was creamy, and seasoned just right. It didn’t overpower the dish. The veggies were all fresh and crisp and as expected. We also had falafels which were the best in Columbus I’ve had. They were crispy, herbaceous, but not overpowering, well cooked and seasoned with a nice texture. We also had some Gyros & rice were as expected. The service was good and it was clean. I dock them a star for pricing as it’s a bit higher than other fast casual with similar offerings. We will be back.

You can build your own Mediterranean bowls here. I found my chicken shawarma rice bowl satisfying and the perfect sized portion. The tabouleh is made fresh but has more of a parsley taste and texture than I am used to — I am used to more mint and quinoa in it from my local haunt in Indiana, which makes it softer and less harsh in flavor. The hummus is authentic tasting but the texture could be fluffier. Finally, I really enjoyed the spicy feta and yogurt sauce. As well, the olives, cucumbers and red cabbage all added to the general yumminess of the bowl. Wish I could award 4.5 stars.

First time visiting today, it was so delicious. I can’t do a lot of spice so I tried the spicy feta sauce on the side, will definitely get it again. We also had the Greek fries which were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back and trying other items.

Sumac Mediterranean Grill is hands down the best Mediterranean food we’ve had in Columbus. Everything was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and packed with authentic flavor. You can truly taste the quality in every bite.
We ordered the rice bowl, falafel, fries, dolma, and tiramisu — and every single item was outstanding. The rice bowl was vibrant and satisfying, layered with fresh ingredients and bold spices. The falafel was crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside (not dry at all!). The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the dolma was fresh and well-balanced with just the right amount of tang.
And the tiramisu… absolutely delicious. Light, creamy, and the perfect sweet finish to the meal.
The portions were generous, the food came out fresh and hot.
If you’re looking for authentic, fresh, and flavorful Mediterranean food, this place is an absolute must. We’ll definitely be back—often.

Love this place!! My daughter and I stopped in and she had beef and lamb gyro and I had chicken Shawarma. Both were delicious! I dug in and almost forgot to take a picture of mine, so half was missing from the photo. We also had two soda’s and the bill was $27. Shockingly they did not ask for a tip.
