We stopped at Base Camp Brewing in Lincoln after spending the day seeing the ice castles, and it was the perfect place to warm up and refuel.

The space itself is impressive — a huge venue with both downstairs and upstairs seating, so it never felt cramped even with a steady crowd. It has a lively but relaxed mountain-town vibe, and you can definitely tell it draws the ski crowd from the nearby resorts. It feels like the kind of place where people come straight from the slopes to grab a beer and unwind.

What really stood out to us was how family-friendly it is. There were plenty of menu options, making it easy to find something for everyone, and the kids genuinely enjoyed their meals. That’s always a win after a long, cold day outside.

The food choices were solid across the board — approachable, satisfying, and exactly what you want in a ski-town brewery setting. The local beers were enjoyable as well, with a good variety that pairs nicely with the mountain atmosphere.

Overall, Base Camp Brewing is a great stop in Lincoln — welcoming, spacious, family-friendly, and a fun mix of local craft beer and comfort food. We’d definitely go back after another day outdoors.

I loved this place! I would definitely come back again and again.
The bar staff were amazing — super attentive, friendly, and always willing to help.

The food was absolutely delicious; everything was perfectly cooked and made me very happy.

If you’re nearby, don’t hesitate to stop by. You won’t regret it!

Best minestrone soup I’ve had in a long time. I think it was a special but I hope they keep it on the list. I shared it with everyone and they agreed.
Live music – and he was good! Kinda loud but not SO loud we couldn’t talk.
Big rustic place with big wooden beams and multiple stories. Inside of like a plaza mall so it’s warm inside while you wait; No draft from outside when they open the door.
Our waiter, Alex, made fun conversation with us (and was well educated)
I had the Steak Tips; SO GOOD.
Right next to the mountain but open later than some of the other places so it was perfect for us after a night of skiing. Glad this was recommended to us.

We hosted our wedding reception at Basecamp on 10/4/25, and it was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a venue that feels fun, unique, and non-traditional—both in layout and overall vibe—this is the place. The rustic, open environment created a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly fit our style.

Alex was amazing to work with. He was incredibly responsive, flexible, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. The food was outstanding—our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. We opted for a casual, cocktail-style reception featuring buffet-style appetizers and dinner, and it worked flawlessly for our crowd. It kept the energy light, allowing everyone to dance, mingle, and enjoy the night.

If you’re hoping for a reception that’s laid-back, memorable, and full of great food, this venue is a perfect match. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience at Basecamp!

A good post ski option with a menu of comfort options and drinks. Service was friendly and helpful. Waits to be seated can take a long time depending on group size and the place can be a bit loud. A good place for families to go.

Jada, was our waitress and she was phenomenal. We were a party of 11 and she made sure we were all able to sit together. She managed our chaos with precision. The food and atmosphere were incredible. The band playing completely set the mood.. again, Jada couldn’t have navigated our big party any better! 12/10 would recommend coming here for food and atmosphere

First time trying this joint after spending many years coming up to the valley. Solid choice for a basic smash burger, cooked to perfection and the lettuce bun option made my day. Fries were also properly cooked to a delicious golden crisp, maybe could have had a bit less seasoning (personal preference) but overall not bad. Really was hoping that they would have a good house beer line up as they have an onsite brewery, but I only saw 4 of their own beers available by the glass only and no option was listed on the menus to order a house beer flight(kinda bummed about that). Plenty off major branded beers listed to choose from, but their own brand should really take the spotlight on the menu as brewing is in their name. With so many breweries/restaurants in the area, this location really didn’t stand out, but as a plus it’s a beautiful location!

We had a gift Gard from when Base camp was formerly One Love and they honored it.

Ive eaten here several times when it was One Love although it was good I never felt compelled to write a review.

Holly was our server and she was just the sweetest and kindest.
We had a shrimp appetizer which could next time just be my meal, they were yummmmmy.

I had the steak tips, and oh my they were cooked perfectly and so delicious the mashed potatoes were excellent also. very filling.

Hubby had the baked haddock and there were no complaints there either.

My Mojito was also made very well and I could of had 3 more, not everyone makes those right.

Given the rebranding/change of ownership we were interested in giving this place. Another shot. The space is beautiful and they have an incredible outdoor dining space. The menu seems to have a lot of variety. My husband got the chicken sandwich and I got the cauliflower steak. One of the things that stuck out to me. The most was how unfamiliar our waiter was with the menu. And what a tedious process it was to find out about allergies. We probably waited a total of a half hour before we truly got an answer and even then it was not clear. This is definitely an area for improvement. Both of our meals were good, but not sure. good enough to come back.

Jada was excellent. As someone that works in the industry, it was so refreshing to see someone go above and beyond for her table. We had a party of 12 and she immediately sprung into action to make sure we were comfortable. She delivered service with a smile, was on top of everything we asked for… The food was great but I would come back just for the service. Thank you, Jada!
