I already love the food, and the drinks way more than the competitor but today a lovely worker by the name of April really went above and beyond for me. It’s 50/50 with this place. If their busy, count on waiting awhile and something being wrong.
If you get there early then you should be ok.
Their menu has been off lately though. Not a lot of options and they run out of supplies fast.

Went through the drive through today to get my usual iced coffee order. I was not greated kindly, instead very rudely. I think the person at the windows name was katie, she was not nice to me at all. Will no longer be coming back because of this which makes me sad. Dunkin please do better.

I went thru the Drive up there was a couple of cars in front and behind me, they took my order. They spoke kindly and with a not to load of voice they repeated my order … very nice.. when I got to the window I paid and they handed me my order. Very nice transaction… loved it

Want to thank Elizabeth who was working Saturday June 7th. She was great to work with. The Indiana High School Rodeo Association needed 100 doughnuts and coffee in a short notice. She said absolutely with no hesitation or or complaint. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

April is an absolute ANGEL! I waited in line for over 20 minutes after placing a mobile order and was worried my drink would be watered down and the cold foam melted. But as soon as I got to the window, April greeted me with a bright smile even though she was clearly busy. She kindly asked me to wait a moment so she could top off my cold foam (it’s like she read my mind!). On top of that, she gave my dog a pup cup and even handed me a cute sticker. Truly above-and-beyond service, what an amazing woman!

I truly don’t understand what is so hard about making a coffee. I don’t think there was even any coffee in the iced cappuccino I ordered. I even paid for an extra shot of espresso and this is what I got please just go to Starbucks or a local shop where you’re guaranteed to get a consistently good cup of coffee. Because $7.55 for creamer is crazy.

It was easy to stop in and quickly get a dozen donuts as I was passing through the area. The donuts are good and they made people who ate them happy for at least a moment. The coffee is good. The service was excellent and with a smile. The facility was clean.
